Where do I even start? I come here often because it’s convenient, but the service is beyond atrocious. It's like the baristas (except for one normal nice lady) are actively hell-bent on ruining your day with the absolute worst attitude, and they couldn’t care less. I’ve been spoken to rudely so many times.
I never leave reviews but today was the last straw because an hour ago, my friend ordered a donut, and the barista straight up forgot it. When she went back to ask about it, she looked her dead in the eyes and just said, “I didn’t put it in,” then walked away! We were standing there, completely confused, wondering if she was even going to get the damn donut. When we asked again, the barista had the audacity to ask us to get back in line if we even wanted a donut, with no apology, no explanation, just attitude. All it would have taken is two sentences... "I am sorry I forgot to put your donut in. Can you please get back in the queue if you need one?". I think that's way easier than being angry and rude all the time.
At this point, forget about being nice, they can’t even be normal human beings! Plus the tables are always disgusting throughout the day. I’m shocked at how trash the service is. I’ve never experienced anything remotely close to this at any other Dunkin'. This place is a joke. I am so close to never going here again if not for the good coffee because everytime I walk in, I come out in a bad mood...
Read moreI ordered a strawberry dragon fruit refresher at the drive thru. I pull up to the window and a less then friendly looking employee goes to hand it to me. There was not much strawberry/dragon fruit only in the very bottom. I asked if she could put more strawberry/dragonfruit in it. She looks annoyed and says well this is the way it's supposed to be made. I said I understand that, but I had COVID and can't taste... before I finished my comment, she turns her back and she says well if you can't taste what is adding more going to do? I yelled in and asked for a manager, none came. She came back, with it made perfect I might add, then says have a nice day in an f'off tone, I said you too, but I need a straw, which she never gave me when the came back with my drink. I have never had an employee so rude about this request, actually none have ever been rude. If things aren't really sweet or salty I can't taste them very well so I need things stronger flavored, and if I'm paying almost $4 a cup sometimes 2-3 times a day, I don't see an issue with asking for it to be made so I can enjoy it. Read moreHorrible customer service. As of right now, Sunday August 26, 2018, SOME of their current employees are rude. For starters, I’ve come here several times before as of recent, and every time I come there is this one black girl with braids that always has an attitude. She doesn’t even try to hide it, from the way she talks to the way she hands you your food, completely rude and disrespectful. One time i even heard her speak to someone through the drive-through “I can’t hear you! Either you speak a little louder or you’re gonna have to come inside” the tone of voice was so disrespectful I had to look at her in total shock that someone would behave that way to a paying customer. Then there is another employee, white girl with blond hair, I asked for ketchup and she gave me 3 Packets, I asked for more and she gave me another 2.... mind you I had ordered a big meal, so what is 3 packets of ketchup going to do? Also, every time I come here the tables are dirty.
