Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Amsterdam

Hands down the worst dunkin I have ever been to in my life and I've been to a lot of bad dunkin donuts... Extremely unprofessional, extremely unorganized, not to mention the store is absolutely filthy and swarming with flies, you can't even sit in there and enjoy your coffee without the flies harassing you, so gross and unsanitary... I was going there almost everyday before work just to be disappointed every time. Apparently asking for SUGAR in my coffee is too much to ask.... I NEVER get sugar when I order it even after the order has been read back to me. The older heavy set woman who works there is extremely RUDE, doesn't even have the common courtesy to look at you or acknowledge your existence when you walk in and up to the counter she's standing at. She just walks away like you're not there, not even as much as a glance or a "be with you in a minute" not even after standing there for more than 5 minutes and waiting for one of the 5-6 employees to come take someones order... I was only 1 of the 4 customers waiting in line... I left after almost 10 minutes of waiting for someone to take the woman's order in front of me, I'm 9 months pregnant, standing around just to be treated poorly and ignored isn't how I need to be spending my time... I wasn't the only customer who left either... It's really disgusting how unprofessional the staff is and incredibly rude. I will never bring my business there again. This by far is the biggest joke of a donut shop I've ever wasted my time going to... I'll take my business to Starbucks, at least they have respect...

I arrived at the counter at 3 pm to place my order. After standing there 5 minutes I asked the two people who had been processing drive through the drive through orders if counter was open. A young man, piped up and said "We'll be there in a few minutes we're busy. ". A minute later he arrived and at 3:06 took my order of a large iced matcha and a single order of hash browns. After processing a few donut orders and drinks I got my drink the same time as the lady behind me Still no hash browns. At 3:15 pm Divan rang out another set of people out for donuts. I said "what about my hash browns?". His response was "can't you see we are busy here?". I asked for a refund as it should not take that long for a side order of hash browns. I got $1.50 back but he never apologized. I as a paying customer just supposed to accept it. Sorry but This is unacceptable. Never mindy tea was made terribly. This location is a disgrace and insult to the company standards. I hope a health inspector comes in a sees the huge pile of food on the floor in...

Three days ago I ordered donut munchkins to be picked up from the Church Street store in Amsterdam NY for Halloween for our little Halloween Trick or Treat family after party we do every single year since I was a little girl. We picked our order up this morning for later on tonight and brought them home and they are AWFUL! They are all beat up and dried out like they were yesterday's donuts. They definitely weren't fresh. We called and complained and they said "Well, I don't know what to tell you.... I can't control what you got from us." So I asked for the manager and the woman replied with "I am the manager... I cant control what you got." She was rude and not professional at all.... I usually buy stuff from the shop on Rt30 Amsterdam NY because I never have issues with that store.
