Hong Kong King buffet — Restaurant in City of Berlin

Tbh I don’t even want to give one star. Firstly my order was huge so I gave a decent tip for only being 5 mins away. Secondly when they brought me the food the gravy for the eggfoo young was all over the place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I started serving food to everyone. My nephew had a long piece of gray hair in his food, and his mother showed me. I went to go see about the other food and the egg foo young that I put on my plate there was another long piece of gray hair in my food. I called to get my refund back and the person only wanted to give me a $10 off coupon and, that wasn’t going to work and he offered 20. Then my fiancé had to get on the phone and press for a full refund. They told us to get the food ready for them to give it back and we did he came to my door grab the food we showed him pictures of the food being spilled , he got back to his store and called me saying that my refund was processed but not to order from the restaurant again and I tried to explain to him that was very unsanitary to find somebody’s hair in our food and we didn’t appreciate that and he still told me not to come back even though they had a mistake. I will not be coming back and the food wasn’t so great. Next time please treat your customers with respect, I would have loved to not get talked to...

This business is amazing. I ordered food online during a Snow storm and went to get it. I saw they had closed by the time I arrived. All the lights were off I decided to call and see if I could leave a message and maybe get a call back the following day. They actually answered the phone and opened back up in order to serve me one meal. That type of business practice is absolutely refreshing. They are in the business of serving customers and growing their business in an area where most places seem like they could not care less if they have any business at all. The food is good and the service is great. Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had in the past year. Update... They just keep getting it right. I've had more bad experiences around this area with family-owned businesses than I care for and this business handles their stuff the way they should. They deliver a good product and a good service at a fair price. They are efficient and that means I'm not wasting my time. After eating here for 3 years, I am still happy with this business and happy to continue giving them my business. Thank you...

I'm giving this 2 stars for reason. We've had 2 bad experiences so far. However the food is sometimes good but not always fresh. Its obvious it was sitting for awhile and instead taking the old dried stuff out they mixed in with the newer stuff. Plus the main manager got mad at me because the tea tasted like cleaning liquid and I wanted another one and said it was same tea just freshly made. I got water instead and it also tasted a little off. My husband said his soda was fine. Plus on a separate occasion we were trying to eat and the main manager was on his phone the hole time and very loudly as he walked up and down isles past customers. I also wished there wasn't a tv there because when your trying to Spend time with family it takes away from people having conversations. They should have soft playing music in background or something. On the other hand they do have good food and the prices...
