Mastricola's On Broadway — Restaurant in City of Berlin

We were told to sit anywhere so we took a table up front. It took about 15 minutes to get waited on, but they were busy. My wife and our son ordered the deep fried Haddock. When the food came they were both given Baked Haddock again they were busy. My wife and son tried to be polite and just accepted what they were given. Neither one could could finish their food. The fish was VERY dry and no flavor. The French fries were potato slivers. The waitress never checked on us. When she finally came by and asked if we were finished we mentioned the mistake and how the food was dry, and not what we ordered. She said the following "Sorry, and if you plan on paying with a card you will have to give cash for my tip."
