Order 989961. The staff tonight get a big booooo!! From me. My cantina chicken bowl had gobs and gobs of hot sauce on it which i didn't see as I took my first bite 🤮 since it's 900pm .it was in-edible i really tried. my husband ate the top half of my bowl as he likes that crap and there was still hot sauce through out. Props to hunny. I feel sick now, spicy and my gut don't do well i recently had stomach surgery and I can tell what went in is not staying there. Buffalo or w.e that spicy red sauce was does not come with it normally. It was not asked for. Last time I ordered the chicken bowl I got ground beef when I ordered chicken 🙄so this is twice they messed that up. Then my 8 year old ordered a 3 dorito loco taco combo.. we only got 2. My 17 year old ordered the caliante cantina chicken burrito meal and it was missing the hard taco. My husband ordered the same but his was complete. So 1 out 4 I guess is a win for them 🙄 That place is lit up with cameras so I know they can watch and confirm! Oh and to do a survey you need the store number that's on the receipt but if you ordered on the app the email receipt is for a California store. hopefully management does something to improve the situation because 46 bucks when your not getting or able to eat your meal is wild. I ordered an online order and did not know the one item came with avocado ranch and I am highly allergic to avocado ranch ! I asked to bring them back and politely asked if they could be generous enough to make them due to my allergies to avocado 🥑 and she straight told me to deal with it and hung up. Yes I get it it was partially my fault not knowing they came with it but the reaction coming from a " manager was highly not the reaction and words I expected being from a manager at taco bell. I am a regular and tried a new item and you had to really be that low to just straight say that. wow is all I can say. you can take your heavier set self because you guys lost my business! unacceptable behavior and to just hang up ??? this just really is upsetting being a regular customer almost 5 days a week. Read moreThere's always some kind of drama going on at this Taco Bell. I placed an order today to eat in the dining area. The food was ehh, kinda cold. But the MAJOR issue was that the store manager or a higher ranking employee was having a full blown conversation with 2 other people about who quit or who got fired in the dining lobby. This is VERY unprofessional. People want to sit down and have a nice atmosphere while eating. I didn't want to hear all that nonsense. The common sense was not strong at Taco Bell in Hornell today. There are only so many chances a customer can give before customer's say "Nope, I'm never going there again". Hopefully this issue gets fixed and customers can have a quiet drama free dining experience...
