This is the only time in my entire life I did not leave a tip. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar to watch Michael Sean sing there. Robbie was suppose to be our server. He paid little to no attention to us the entire night. We tried multiple times to get his attention but he was more concerned with drinking behind the bar and the beer taps which were pouring out more head than beer. We eventually had to order from another server who wasn't bad. We ordered the fish fry and some cheese curds. The food took 43 minutes to get out to us. I was contemplating leaving because it took so long. The cheese curds were suppose to be appetizers. The curds came out the same time as the rest of our food. We had to order our drinks from another server too because of the lack of attention Robbie gave us. We saw, multiple times, the other bar tender(not sure of her name) who wore black and pink leopard shirt take shots and get drunk. We only ordered sprite and a pepsi for drinks. By the time our fish got to us, it was cold and the fries...to say the least...we would have gotten more fries by ordering a small fry at mcdonalds. We complained about the small portion, again, to another server because we couldn't get Robbie's attention, and she was nice enough to get us some more fries and agreed we were getting a "gipped" with such a small order or fries. This woman was the only person we could get any service from. She had buzzed-side-of-the-head hair cut so ALL props to her on making it just bearable enough for me to not just stiff the bill.
Curds were terrible, greasy, and were mostly air. It was an all you can eat fish(friday night) too. I waited for my server to come back and ask me if I wanted more fish. But alas, this did not happen. I had to, like a child, raise my hand and call him out to get his attention. I then ordered more fish which he then asked, how many do you want? I replied with 3. We waited 30 minutes...nothing. Robbie finally saw our drinks were empty and the remainder of our curds left and asked, "If we are done." I replied, "No, we are still waiting for our other food to come". He then goes to the kitchen...comes out and says..."Oh, someone must have eaten it. I forgot about", I replied with..."Forget it. I out of here. Just give me my damn check." I left hungry and thirsty. I looked on my bill and saw I was charged for 3 sodas. $2 each. Just because I wanted to get the hell out of there, I just paid the bill and left. No tip. Never going back again, and they can definitely believe I will never recommend that place to any other person again.

Read moreHorrible. Let’s just start with Friday’s “fish fry.” They used to have an AYCE-pretty good. Now they charge $13 for 2 pieces of fish. TWO. And it’s bad-doesn’t taste good at all. It’s like it’s frozen or something. Bad. Oh well, the other food on their menu is good, right? WRONG.
Came back today (Sunday). Not many people here but a bunch of waitresses. Our waitress, after getting us drinks, completely forgot about us. She walked past us maybe 4/5 times and never stopped to take our order. We flagged another girl down and finally got a new waitress. We ordered food. I got the stuffed pablano peppers for $11. Saddest display of food I’ve ever seen. I got 1 pepper cut in half stuffed with sausage and cream cheese. For $11!!!! My mom got the tater tots that were beyond cold and my boyfriend got the ‘Bernie burger.’ ($12) keep in mind that if you want fries it’s like $2 extra...
Waitress never asked how he wanted his burger done..he got it and it was burnt to a crisp. BUT all the waitresses disappeared. My mother had to get up to find someone to show this burnt burger to. “We will give you a discount and remake the burger”-different waitress.
A lady next to us also returned her burnt burger too. Fast forward 20 min, half our party left and we finally got our burger. Immediately I wanted it 2-go and the bill. Keep in mind that during this entire meal, our drinks were never refilled. EVER. We get home to eat the burger and it’s charred yet again.
This whole experience was horrible. It’s got a great location on the lake and I really thought they were making improvements..but I was wrong. Ugh. My goal isn’t to shoot the place down, I just feel like I need to make aware of my frustration so that changes...
Read moreToday I left the first absolute zero tip of my life. I feel that I tip fairly and the zero was fair. First of all we asked for a highchair when we arrived and didn't get one. Then asked again when our food was ordered. Still no highchair. Another 5 to 10 mins go by and my wife decides to go get it herself. Seconds later our food arrives with no acknowledgement that we somehow now had a highchair at our table. No apology at all. When my wife sees her meal she immediately reminded the waitress that she ordered fries due to the plateful of chips that accompanied her burger. The waitress clearly heard her and looked back at us as she walked away. She returned several minutes later to ask "ok now, what's the problem?" We again stated that she ordered fries and the waitress frantically flipped through her pad to see what she had written down, as if that matters at this point. She said she would bring out a side of fries. Ten plus minutes go by and still no fries. With our drinks empty and our food gone she brings the bill with the information that she is still waiting for our fries to come up from the kitchen. She ran our bill and returned my card and the slip to sign. We ask for a to go box for the fries that we still haven't received. As I sit with the slip reading zero in the tip column and my family already waiting in the car I leave a note on the bill stating simply "I hope you know why". Worst service I've ever had at any establishment and hopefully it never...
