The owner was extremely intoxicated and came up to my friend accusing him of taking the only handicap parking spot. He was on crutches and has a valid permit, but the permit was in his wife’s car.

The owner claimed because he drove a Jeep that he didn’t need the handicap permit and should save the only spot for war veterans. She continued her rant about his misuse of a valid parking permit for 5-10 minutes and refused to let him rejoin our conversation. The staff was extremely apologetic for her behavior, but it’s not their fault.

August 21st 2023 8:15 pm Went in to order food with our out-of-town guests and their 11-year-old son. Jeff (I think the nighttime manager) was the RUDEST person we have ever encountered. From his snarkiness, his tone of us inconveniencing him and kitchen staff, throwing the order pad at the counter. When we started ordering he told us "You got to be kidding me". Pulling into the parking across the street from sports doc and a woman was telling me there’s no parking. Ok fine, but the way she was talking to me was extremely disrespectful. I pulled out and continued to look for parking and when I drove by again, a car that was pulling in as I was pulling out (they were full remember) got to park.
