Len & Jo's Bar and Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Port Jervis

Hadn’t had Len and since they had closed. Decided to try it tonite. Ordered 2 lg pies one with sausage and onion and the other plain we also order a side of fried pickles. Both pies where soggy and the bottom was under cooked couldn’t even pick a piece up had to use a fork and knife. There was barely any sausage on the sausage and onion pie. The plain pie was also soggy and the bottom under cooked. I have to say the fried pickles were ok. When we went to their website to look at the menu their prices weren’t the same as in the restaurant. When I called to asked about their prices because the 2 pies and the fried pickles came to $45.75 and the online menu price the order would have came to about 36 and change. When I spoke to one of the employees she said they haven’t updated their prices on the website. I feel this was totally misleading in addition to having pies that where soggy and very little meat on the one pie. I have to say I don’t think I will ever order from Len...

Let me start by saying like most locals I've been going to this place for a very long time. The quality of this place has been dropping like an anchor on a ship. Todays experience was by far the worst and my final purchase from this once beloved local eatery. So I placed my order around 4pm was told the order would be ready at 4:30. When I arrived there was confusion around my order as if It was never placed. I was told to wait and that I did. Now by the time it was "ready" another 40 minutes had passed. When I get home and open the box what did I receive for my extra 40 minute wait. Pizza that wasn't even cooked through, It was doughy! uncooked!. This is a very thin square pizza how on earth they gave me not 1 but 3 pizza this way leaves me baffled. Thanks to the people at this establishment for wasting not only my time but money. My recommendation is go to one of the other very good pizza places...

Called in for pick up order for baked ziti, lasagna and garlic bread. The woman that picked up the phone yelled to someone how long for two dinners. I heard them yell back 25 and she said 25 minutes. I wait the 25 minutes. Get there tell them my name and they cant find my order. Leave me waiting for 20 minutes longer. At that point I asked about my order again. The waitress went back in and told me a few more minutes. I brought up the fact about me waiting for so long already and she said would you like to speak to the owner, I said yes. He comes out and basically tells me what do you want me to say were busy. He doesn't offer any type of discount for my hassle and goes back in the kitchen. I waited a couple more minutes and walked out. Its a shame. I've been coming here my whole life and I don't think I'll be ordering from here...
