I ordered from here quite often, food is usually good and fresh. Customer service however is poor. From the way the phone is answered to the manner in which you are addressed within the establishment itself, the tone is constantly unpleasant and unwelcoming. In addition, I’ve been rushed to pick up my order due to the Owner personally closing prematurely. When I mentioned the business hours, she responded with “actually we close when I feel like it”. I’ve had items that I’ve paid for, missing from my bag, on 2 different occasions. And lastly, prices are inconsistent; Within 4 times of ordering the same meal, the price has increased at least twice. I ordered scampi, greens and strawberry shortcake in a group order at work.
