I haven't eaten dominos in some years because their pizza isn't the best if not made correctly. However I gave it a chance and quickly regret it after being met with poor service. In the app it showed my order was delivered when it was not. I call the store to notify the manager of my issue. I spoke to a women that placed me on hold after asking what the delivery address was. Several minutes went by and a man comes on the phone and ask me what I wanted to order. I explain once again that my food was not delivered he than goes to place me on hold. Several minutes go by and he comes back to ask me what my number was. When given the number in the back a women says well thats not the number on the account. That is nor here or there my order clearly was not delivered. There are clear instructions given to the driver and if the driver had followed those directions it should not have been an issue. Not only was I rudely handled as the customer but not once was I apologized to or compensated for having to wait another hour for the driver to come back out. No one ever stated the food would be re made so it would not come cold. The worst part of it all was being hung up on after requesting for a refund the man on the phone said okay and hung up. I even asked for him to confirm my order was cancelled and refunded and could not even finish my sentence before being hung up on. Read moreTonight my son ordered pizza from here on there app at 6:44 pm at 730 pm the food still wasn’t here. At 740 pm he called and the person on the other end was very rude couldn’t even find the order . Said the driver came to our house and rang the door bell that’s a lie. Said they would resend out the order 800 pm order still wasn’t here. 8:15 pm I called and wanted to know where the order was spoke to manager he had no clue I yelled at him and he told me not to ever call back even though it was there fault. I called back again and wanted to know where the order was he said he refused to make it. Not to order from them again. Mind you my son was charged for this order to begin with. He claims he reimbursed him . Ever in my life have I encountered such disgusting service in all my life. I have 40 yrs in restaurant business you just do not talk to ppl and lie yo them about there order. It’s really sad when a business has to lie to their customers to cover up there mistake. Was on phone with manager for 15-20min because he kept putting me on hold when I just wanted a refund for my order. It was already 12:45am and I told him I wasn’t able to wait for them to make an entire new order and then deliver it. Told him repeatedly I wasn’t able to wait until what would have been almost 2am to get my correct order and I just wanted a refund. Manager just kept screaming at employees in the background. Just so awkward and uncomfortable as a customer. Just horrible job all around, 0/5 customer service.
And to top it off, when coming to leave this review you can see clearly a fake review written by the manager himself. If you’re going to leave a fake review, at least fold the pizza box up and pretend it’s an actual order 💀 like you’re not fooling anyone with your unfolded box and staged photos. Can only imagine how low this store would actually be rated if it’s this low with the managers putting in multiple fake reviews.
