I recently dined at Magic Wings and while the food was satisfactory, the overall experience left much to be desired due to abysmal customer service. Despite the delicious offerings on the menu, the rude and inattentive staff tainted the entire meal. From long wait times to dismissive attitudes, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the employees. They don't care about their customers at the end of the night. I ordered wings and fries on Uber. My order went through at 8:59 and I didn't get my food until 10:54pm. I asked for my wings to be fried extra hard and when I got them they were soggy and kinda blonde and my fries were cold and stale from the wait, indicating that they had me waiting for 2 hours for old food.
