Amazing place! The sandwiches are unique, artisan, and darn tasty! I've been to the actual place several times and had take out a few as well. I am impressed with the consistency of their food, and the quality of their ingredients. I've tried most of their sandwiches, and my favorite is the Negotiatior...chicken cutlet with bacon, mayo, a bit of honey and a Calabrian chili spread that adds much more flavor than heat...absolutely delicious. It's served on a roll that is crusty (surprise!) on the outside and soft inside. I also recommend the falafel balls. The onion dip that comes with them is also really yummy... you could put it on a flip flop and it would taste good! Rice balls come with a tomato oil that is also tasty. Even the homemade chips are good! The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the place is modern and clean. Alcohol is also available at the bar. Prices are fair for a really good sandwich. The only issue I have is that they offer delivery through a third party (called "Toast") that contracts with doordash for the final delivery. That's ok, but delivery takes awhile. I received a text that my order was ready, but the doordash delivery person didn't pick it up for almost 20 minutes... it's possible that the issue is on doordash's and the availability of delivery folks...that said, I'm guessing it's so they don't have to charge more for their food due to doordash's cut, which I can appreciate. I could've ordered pick up, but I was being a bit lazy that day! So, in the end, it's a great spot, good food, great staff, and a clean place to grab a delicious sandwich!

After 12 years of coming to Rome, NY annually for the Capitolfest film festival, I think I can honestly say that today's lunch at Crust was the best meal I've eaten in Rome, NY to date. The ingredients were so fresh and tasty. The ciabatta was toasted to perfection and delicious. There was a spicy chili sauce on the "not your mother's chicken parmesan" sandwich that really added a new dimension. Our server Liz was so good, I thought at first she was an owner. Highly recommended.

The comfort food got me fat quick!!! The RIP and Dip amazing community meal. The "Wade" is the real deal Holyfield and the "Gulla" for less experienced pallets!! The chips were textured heaven and the Tirimasu was perfect blend of sweetness and expressod soaked flavor!!!! Jackie the best server ever makes every visit feel like the first one, service so good we come back for the comfort of home dining experience!! Best New Joint In Rome!!! Gracias!!!!

My first time there I saw the stars and the food is awesome with drinks but there is something sketchy about how the service only one girl who took my order was the most pleasant! But the guy who does the sandwiches I say he did kind of well with criticism but out of food cross contamination and the way he don’t change his gloves I had to please ask him to change his gloves and he got really bothered but he changed it the reason I ask him to change it not only he touched literally everything but then swipe his whole snob on the glove and continued like nothing . Besides that I wanted to eat in and enjoy what the comments said about the atmosphere but the waiter a blond. Mid older lady ask me if I wanted something to drink with no menu to see what do they have nor she even cared to come back with a menu she just left me there and started to attend people in the inside totally un professional and I just order the sandwich and encounter more of distress thanks for the experience never again coming back . I would have put up some pictures of how disgusting food and gloves are all over the floor but I’ll let God handle it ! Wish you guys a...
