King Pin Lanes — Restaurant in City of Rome

The staff was great. Bowling lanes are really nice. Fun night out. Now let's talk about the ladies room...It is absolutely beautiful. I know you may be thinking- A bowling alley bathroom?? Yes! It was gorgeous and spotless! Automatic flushers and sinks. Gleaming tile floor. Super clean!! Great design/decor and spacious with a huge handicap accessible stall and 2 other large stalls. It just might be the nicest bathroom in Rome NY. Every woman at our event came out with looks of amazement on their faces. The first words they said upon return were "Have you seen the Women's Room????" You may not believe me, so go and check it out for yourself- but it was nice enough to make me feel like I needed to add it to the reviews. Your bowling score might be in the toilet Ladies, but at King Pin Lanes you...

I called this place to ask if I could reserve a couple lanes and asked if I could bring in a birthday cake for my kids. I was told you could NOT reserve and that it was first come first serve. So I make plans to be there at opening with my kids and their friends. Being the only car in the parking lot at 11, I go in and I’m told no lanes are available until 5 pm because they were all reserved! After I was just told a few days prior it was first come first serve! I told them what I was told on the phone and they didn’t care. I wouldn’t suggest this...

We are still kind of new to Rome and wanted something fun to do... worst decisions ever bowling here food was TERRIBLE got pizza that was half burnt there king pin munchy basket wich could barley feed one person and loaded fries that weren’t cooked... went to the bar for a drink wich was over priced and literally the bartender didn’t even pour half a shot into my cup so basically I payed 6.00 for a Pepsi..the bathrooms were so disgusting and smelled awful..... bartenders had no idea wth they were doing.... definitely will NOT be...
