Worst experience we’ve had in a very long time. Servers were extremely rude to everyone. When we were standing in line waiting for our food everyone was complaining. Tables weren’t clean, people had hair in their food, and one server in particular, Amy S., was extremely rude to everyone. She acted like she hated her life, had an extremely condescending attitude, and argued with every single customer that came up to get their food. When our paiger went off that our food was ready, ($30 with of food) I went up to get it and only one sandwich was ready. It didn’t have the sauce that the menu specifically said the sweet potato fries came with and when I politely asked about it, she said it doesn’t come with it and I would have to pay extra if I wanted it. I then said ok and asked to pay for it and she gave me an attitude and told me to go to the end of the long line I had JUST waited in to pay for the sauce. When I asked if the rest of our order was ready, she again gave me attitude and snapped at me saying only the one sandwich was ready and snatched the paiger out of my hands.We then waited 20 more minutes for the rest of our food to be done as they served numerous customers who had ordered after us. Ordered from here both take out and dine in for years. Never had reason to complain. Today we ordered a chicken quesadilla that always included chicken that was cut in cubes, tomato and cheese. Today's quesadilla included a shredded meat, I think it was meat, almost no tomatoes and the quesadilla was soggy. Included with this quesadilla was what looked and smelled like a pickled relish, replacing the red salsa with a green mystery item. Yum. Props for not screwing up the included sour cream. Item number two was a grilled cheese sandwich on white bread with American cheese, including bacon and tomatoes. The bacon and tomatoes were omitted from this item. Shortage of tomatoes? Out of bacon? Out of the $2.00 paid for that add on. The Saratoga chips and sweet potato waffle fries were okay. Easy to not screw those up. I will bring this to the attention of this establishment. Horrible food, ordered chicken tenders and fries and the special wich was an opened faced ribeye sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was horrible chicken tenders had no meat all batter, mashed potatoes were worse than instant mashed potatoes. The ribeye sandwich was over cooked. Also the place was disgusting. I haven't been there in 3 years. I really miss the buffet, there is not a good place to eat in the racino. Perhaps Rivers casino is better. I'll let you know when I go to Rivers casino.
