Ye Olde Pizza Pub — Restaurant in City of Sherrill

Ye Olde Pizza Pub in Oneida, NY is Awesome Awesome. The young staff up front were all very polite and helpful. The menu when you walk in is clear and nice looking. We were able to pick our own seats which was cool. The dinning area is very clean, same with the bathrooms. We ordered salads and riggies for dinner. The salad bar is very clean and definitely full with all you need. The self serve drink machine is cool because you can get whatever drink you would like. We sat to eat our salads and our riggies came out maybe 5 minutes later. Wow that was quick hahaha. The riggie sauce was great and not spicy at all. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the dish was hot when it arrived, definitely a plus. The garlic bread was a nice touch that I didn't expect. It was soft with a little crisp which is how I enjoy it. The waitress came twice and didn't hover which I like lol once we were done we had no problem paying or leaving the parking lot. My first time eating here. I placed my order at the front counter. Order #004-34996 on 10/24/24. I asked the woman who took my order if I could get a Chicken Caesar wrap with chicken tenders and not grilled chicken. She went to the kitchen and asked. They said yes. I again asked, “it will be with chicken tenders, right?” She said yes. My order came pretty quick. I took a bite and felt like I had a mouthful of romaine lettuce. I looked at the wrap and there were a few cold beige breaded pieces of something that did not resemble chicken. They were the size of a dime. The people with me looked and said maybe it’s chicken fingers that they cut up. I brought my wrap with one bite out of it back to the counter. A waitress asked if she could help me. I explained, she apologized and took my plate. I said I’m no longer hunger at this point. She said ok and walked away. I specifically asked for tenders not fingers. I was shocked they never offered a refund or a gift certificate to come back. At this point I would not recommend this restaurant for good...

The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly kind as well as accommodating. There was a miscommunication on my order, for some reason I did not notice the differences between bone in and boneless wings. The wing count differs pending on which type you order which was a first for me. I requested bone in several times as a 12 count rather than 10, I still received boneless wings. I was not corrected as boneless and bone in sound very similar over the phone. Double check the menu!

I had to look at the website again to see that it was my error and felt compelled to leave five stars. I wish I could give the staff individual five star ratings as well. They all went out of their way to accommodate me. I am really impressed and recommend eating here to everyone.
