It was my first time at the Sweet Whisk's shop at the Chandler market. I am familiar with them because I'd picked up some bon bons a few years back at The Broadway Market. Which were as perfect, decadent and delicious as they look BTW.

While I was there I couldn't help taking a few things home. There were 2 display cases with a lovely product offering. We ended up with crème brûlée, an oreo cream brownie, French macaroons and an assortment of mini chocolate bars. The crème brûlée was absolutely to die for. We got sugar packets to make the topping at home before we enjoyed it. The custard was thick, rich and full of real vanilla bean. The Oreo brownie was rich and dense, perfect to share at work for a mid day treat, best served out of the fridge. The French macaroons IMO are the best in the area. The outer part is closest to how they make it in France and the fillings are authentic flavors and not as artificial as some other places. I really enjoyed the earl grey tea and the hot chocolate flavors, which were unique flavors. We took some mini chocolate bars home too, nice to be able to try a few and they were reasonably priced at $3 each. We had the hazelnut, white chocolate peppermint and birthday bar. All were made from high quality chocolate and had tons of toppings added in.

The Sweet Whisk, I learned is owned by a sweet husband and wife. They offer chocolate making classes, which seems like a neat and fun thing to learn about. I have much respect for their skills because chocolate isn't easy to work with. I'll take a class...

My husband and I visited this establishment earlier today at 27 Chandler St. It's with a conglomerate of other small businesses in the same building. The Sweet Whisk is located on the third floor. You can access it via a staircase, or an elevator. The staff is attentive, friendly, and willing to explain their goods. There's a variety of sweets ranging from baked goods (cupcakes and creme brulee) to a wide variety of chocolates. Everything is brightly displayed and colorful. We ordered: 6pk of geometric heart bonbons Dark chocolate raspberry bar White chocolate peppermint bar Hot cinnamon macarons

The 6pk of bonbons were prepacked heart shaped brightly colored chocolates in a variety of flavors. I tried the hot honey gf flavor. The chocolate is slightly bitter, thin and crisp encasing a creamy delectable sweet generously filled center with a strong honey flavor. I didn't notice the "hot" flavor immediately, but it sneaks up in a 2nd pleasurable note. Very yummy. The dark chocolate raspberry bar is a very good quality slightly bitter dark chocolate with freeze dried flavorable raspberry bits a top. Delicious. The hot cinnamon macarons are very sweet, crisp and light, melt in your mouth macarons with a creamy frosting center. The cinnamon is very pronounced and spicy to taste. I haven't tried the white chocolate peppermint bar or the other flavors of the bonbons quite yet, but based off the quality of the ones I did try, I'm quite sure they're just...

I was referred by a friend, the website provided a great experience. I was more prone to ordering because they allowed for curbside pickup. I do not live nearby but thought it would be a nice 40 min ride to take on a sunny day. The curbside time I picked was after 3:00 pm. It provides a number to call once you arrived. I called the phone number three times within a 20Min span. Each time it rang and went to voicemail. I ended up going inside to pick up the order. When I walked in, there were three people at the check out counter and I think they were choosing new T-shirt options for the company. But I was told I’ll be with you in a minute by an employee while they continue with the t-shirt company. At this point I was already upset because I didn’t want to even enter the building let alone sit there while my order was already placed and paid for, so I turned to another employee that was at the the register and said I already order and paid can I just grab my order. (Which I guess could be considered rude after asking to hold a minute) he asked my name and had someone pull my order from the fridges and pack it. The dessert itself was really good, smaller portions for the eclairs but all around good tasting. My review was more regarding the ordering issues then the...

You gotta try em! I ordered two flavors of bonbons and strawberry crunch truffles for a dessert table for a friend's shower and they were all so beautiful and delicious! Amanda was so easy to work with, making it easy for us to get colors that worked within our theme. Each piece was so wonderfully crafted - I had to take everyone's word that the bonbons were good because they were gone before I got a chance to try them! We had mimosa (orange) and death by chocolate (green). Google might make your travels a little difficult because Chandler Street is closed but the main lot is off Grote and the building is easy to navigate. I also grabbed a cookie butter cupcake while I was picking up my order and it was delightful! They have so many beautiful desserts ready to go, definitely check them out!

This place is a must if you, or someone you know really enjoys chocolate. They have other desserts such as cupcakes, macaroons, and brownies. No doubt those all look amazing and probably taste delicious. But for my trip here, I was set on ordering their chocolate bonbons. They look amazing and if you are getting them for someone else. They are packaged in a lovely box that makes for a great gift item. So far the 12 I have tasted are amazing. The chocolate quality is great and the flavors jump right out at you. I still have 12 more to try, and I feel I will not be disappointed.
