I’ve been a frequent customer at Lombardo’s in White Plains for quite some time, and this place truly sets the standard for quality and service. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care—and the customer service is just as impressive.

I especially want to recognize Tommy, who works at the front counter. He is always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He remembers my name and my usual order, which always makes me feel like a valued guest. On one occasion, I placed a large order, and Tommy went out of his way to help carry everything to my car. His professionalism and genuine care for customers really stand out.

Lombardo’s also does a phenomenal job with catering and private parties. Whether you’re planning a celebration or a corporate event, they go above and beyond to make it perfect. The food is just as amazing in large quantities, and the staff ensures everything runs smoothly.

From the welcoming atmosphere to the exceptional food and service, Lombardo’s continues to exceed expectations. I highly recommend them for dining in, takeout, catering, or any special occasion.

The food here is awesome. One of the best mushroom risotto’s I’ve ever had. The fettuccini Alfredo, pepperoni pinwheel, tortellini soup and penne vodka is also top notch. Just really, really good food. Also, amazing customer service. The Uber driver grabbed the wrong bag this evening and I got “Jessica N’s” food instead of mine (Jessika C). I ordered the pepperoni pinwheel and the tortellini soup and ended up with hot wings, a meatball parm hero and fettuccini Alfredo. The manager, Nancy, was super accommodating, she sent one of their own delivery drivers to me even though they don’t deliver to my area and was apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault but the fault of an Uber driver who took no responsibility even though he wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing. I was very impressed with how great Nancy handled the situation. A+ customer service and A+ food. It’s getting harder and harder to find really good Italian food around here. There are plenty of Italian places where I live in Port Chester, but I have yet to find a really good one, I’ve been less than impressed with almost all of them. I love Pastina’s, my family and I have been going there since they opened, but the food doesn’t carry very well, it’s a place you have to eat there and not take out. I was looking for a place to eat for my birthday and decided to head to WP. (I’m from the Bronx.) Because of covid and the lockdown, everything was either already booked or the wait time was ridiculous. The time was getting closer to 8 pm so I needed to find something. Spotted Lombardo’s as we were driving and turned in on a whim. What a great decision! That’s where we were meant to be! Francesca was our waitress. Not only was she beautiful, but very patient and so helpful with our decision making. Everything she suggested was spot on. Hector was incredibly helpful and was on point. His ears were open as he made his away around the room and we had things we didn’t know he heard us ask for in seconds!!! The food was absolutely delicious. For apps, we had clams Oreganata, which is a childhood favorite and calamari Scarpariello. Absolutely delicious. For dinner, I had the chicken Florentina; and if my stomach could have fit that extremely generous portion, I would have eaten it all in one sitting. My boyfriend had penne vodka which is his favorite and he was not disappointed. The drinks were delicious; not watered down, not over powering. Just right. The bill was extremely reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised that all of that, including tax, was under $100. 2 meals, 2 apps and 2 drinks.
