Hardee’s — Restaurant in Claremont

My son needed his convertible put on,, his old one was bad ,my son went and picked 1 up from another car,and when I say amazing job was done 👍 it was done and done on no time don't think I was there ,an hour or so and he had it taken off the old car and no time had it back on my son's car,no leaks not Gabby , Perfect good 💯 back to New look all in a day time Jacob was 16 so he was anxious to get it back on the road and Patterson had him right back on road ,so thank you for all your service and help with making a 16 year old happy 😁 and mom from not hearing when is my car going to be fixed, and the price he charged me for the work was amazing and I couldn't believe it didn't cost me that arm and legg and it was done correctly and no leaking no nothing different then off the show floor Thank and your amazing son you guys done great work and got her done ✅ on half of a day and back on the road again,I have known you guys since we were younger and you done great work every since, I so appreciate your place of business ,of I ever need upholstery or car repair that is on your list, I will always choose you guys first 🥇 Merry Christmas to you and your family and loved ones who can't be there for you this time of year,but you guys are well loved and very recommended for any type a work you do here...

DON'T DO IT!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Worst Hardee's I have ever been to. Placed my order and pulled up to the window. There was no one else in line. Took almost 10 minutes for anyone to come to the window. When a young lady finally did, she didn't even acknowledge me, just extended her arm with her hand open. I gave her my card and waited more another 10 minutes before it was returned. I was then asked to pull forward and wait. 20 minutes since I placed my order, and now I'm asked to wait???? She finally brought s bag out, and we made sure to check it. Half the order was missing so I checked the receipt. They definitely charged me for it, so I went inside to ask for the rest of my order. There were no employees anywhere in sight. I waited, and finally 4 employees emerged from the back of the store. The same girl approached me, and I told her what happened. She never even spoke, just looked at me and gave a dirty look while shaking her head, as if I was inconveniencing her. Several minutes later I have the rest of my order, which was placed on the counter without a word, and she rudely walked away. I checked the bag, and guess what...still items missing. Overall it took almost an hour to get 2 orders of their 10 chicken strips...

Went to Hardy's after work… super hot day and was craving a cold milkshake. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and a cup of ice water. No one was in line whatsoever and it still took still took 18 minutes to get that milkshake and ice water. Nobody even came to the window until 15 minutes of that wait. I wanted to drive off but I didn't want to be THAT person. The milkshake was literally half full. The other half was whipped cream. I asked the cashier why the milkshake was only half full and she did not even answer me… she just looked at me. I didn't ask rudely or with any kind of tone, just a normal voice. When she gave me my card back I asked her again about why the milkshake was only half full and she said that's how they came. At that point I didn't know what else to say. $4 for half of a 16 oz cup of milkshake. I couldn't get over the fact that the lady looked me in the eyes and didn't even answer me the 1st time I ask. These places will literally hire anybody these days. I love Hardee's but if you plan to go to the one Claremont I'll highly suggest you think again. I've had lots more bad experiences there. I keep giving them another try...but...
