Generally the food is good and we have a generally good experience on the occasions we order from here.

Recently when I received a recent order, the cookie I ordered was not there but rather some cinnamon sticks.

I called to get it corrected and was told you were out and substituted the other.

Since when is it an acceptable business practice to change an order without the consent of the customer?

What if there was a major allergy in the family and you just sent them what they were allergic too? Maybe they had what you substituted prior and didn’t like it so they wind up paying for something they don’t like?

Simple communication prevents these issues. Even programming the order form to not allow what is out of stock to be ordered would be a great...

Holy smokes! I always saw the picture of the calzone on the window as I drove past and wondered if it was any good (because it looked good). Wow, they delivered (I mean not physically delivered because I went and picked it up) but wow it was incredible. They were helpful over the phone in helping me pick which kind. It was done in only 9 minutes, hot and fresh, not just sitting under a heat lamp all day. The calzone itself was wonderful. We order the 6 meat. It did not disappoint. I was very pleased with my service and will have to stop by more often. Not sure about the pizza didn't get that far. Got a coupon in the mail with directions to order online but the cheezeburger pizza wasn't a selection. So we called and told them the pizza they offer on their promotional card is not on their online order form. Asked how I could order cheezeburger pizza. The person on the phone was rude and condescending. On top of that she told me to "Hold!!" and I could hear her on the line talking to someone like you would your friend and not about work.
