Unfortunately I was unimpressed. My friend and I arrived right after their 10am opening. Another woman came in right behind us. There was not a drink menu posted so we asked if we could order coffee and a chai tea. My friends Chai was fine. My latte was not even warm and we both waited at least 10 minutes for our drinks. We also ordered muffins which were also okay. Person taking our order couldn't remember what we ordered beyond the drinks. While leaving I told my friend that my latte was not even warm. She told me that she overheard the young lady that was making my latte tell another coworker (the owner?) that the coffee wasn't hot. The other woman said it could be heated up. I didn't witness or hear this but my latte was not even luke warm. Clearly the advice to heat it up was not acted upon. I expected so much better based on other reviews. No one greeted us. We started looking around and I finally asked why they had so little. "We closed thirty minutes ago." Was the only response I got.
