#1 SANDWICH SHOP — Restaurant in Clarkdale

I may be dramatic about this but I don't think I am. We just ordered two sandwiches, my boyfriends sandwich came completely wrong, they won't answer the phone, they weren't busy when we picked up, didn't get our ranch that he specifically said was in the bag. My boyfriend asked for all the vegetables and gave him only lettuce and barely any at that. They labeled my sandwich something completely different. Extremely disappointed I paid money for it and live all the way across town. Ridiculous. I wouldn't be so upset if yall answered the phone so I can get a new sandwich not counting the fact I would have to drive all the way back across town. We've enjoyed #1 Sandwich Shop (especially for their Thrifty ice cream) occasionally for the past three years. It's under new management. There's no friendly greeting when we walk in the door now, and I waited about 5 minutes at the counter while 3 employees continued what they were doing before looking up at me. Our fish sandwich and cheeseburger were served on icy cold buns. My husband decided to take his home, grill the bun and rework the sandwich.
