Food to Go — Restaurant in Clarkston

I was scrolling Google looking for dinner tonight and stumbled across this establishment that I haven't heard of yet. After reading the reviews and realizing that this establishment is probably black-owned I decided to give them a try. Upon finding that they delivered through UberEats I became excited because I didn't feel like venturing out tonight. Win- Win for me! I noticed on their UE menu that they were out of a few items that we wanted to order (or so I thought). I decided to call the establishment to make sure, since this has happened to me once before and upon calling that establishment they told me they were not sold out and changed the status on the UE app. Back to the story here, a nice young lady answered the phone and was told that all of the items I requested were still on the menu. She then told me that her manager said to place my requests in the comment section on the order and that he would add those items to my order. I said, ok, hung up and proceeded to do what was asked of me on the app.

So the food has now arrived at my home and shout out to UE for practicing social-distancing. I open the plates and see that I am missing two sides, that I was told they had in stock, the wings did not include the lemon pepper sprinkles requested, I received a double order of a side, and my steak was tremendously overcooked (I added the blue cheese crumbles myself at home). The steak was flavored very well, btw, but the mashed potatoes I had to doctor up BADLY. Those potatoes have never seen a drop of milk in their lives 👀. My dining partner said the wings and fries were good enough to be consumed What, so there's a plus. What can I say? You do gamble a little when you choose a new restaurant yo try out but it would be a lie if I said that I wasn't disappointed. I'm not trying to demean this establishment but please increase...

Ok So I had a terrible lunch today tried calling the order in since I was on a lunch break. I get there the young lady takes my order I ordered a chicken Philly no bell peppers. She rung me up . I didn't add a tip. She got down when she saw o didn't tip. Do You know My Philly had nothing but cheese and chicken. Very little chicken. I almost cut up. She was looking so guilty I said where's the mushroom , lettuce. She walked back to the cook and said something . I had to go o asked for lettuce on the side . It wasn't fresh. I usually have no complaints. I'm still upset cause it was that woman doing cause I didn't tip and I had the FedEx uniform she saw$$$. Management please tell me what comes on a Philly. This food is to only trick the drunk people coming ou the club Food was dry over cooked and cold ,also poor customer service from old lady taking orders my food was bad took it back they acknowledged it was bad they tried to remake it same problem asked me to wait 10 min for new chicken to be recooked of a new plate when new plate arrived only chicken no new fries I would think if a person drove back to the establishment because the food was messed up they would have a good faith in making me a new order since I drove at least 4 miles back there, instead I got nothing but attitude from the old lady and then she tried not to give me my money back and take the food back with no refund like a robbery .Do not eat here save your money go somewhere else please take heed other...
