I ordered a foot long hot shot sub meal with a bottled cherry pepsi and chocolate chip cookies. The driver called me and told me she handed her a fountain Pepsi. I sent her back to fix it. Once receiving my order I realized I didn't have my cookies. I was trying to call them to have my cookies ready for me and they do not answer the phone I've literally called three times. This is extremely bad for business. This is literally the second time I've ordered from them and it was like this. Same situation. UPDATE: I called doordash support to fix everything doordash did the same thing called them multiple times with no answer. So I put in a request to get my money back and this will be going to corporate. I understand that's something small like a cookie or side item and the difference between a bottle or fountain drink but this has happened multiple times to me. I see a restaurant called "wavy baby subs". It had buy 1 get 1 free bagels and it looked so good. So I order that and a turkey sandwich.
I wait for the food to get here and the uber eats car pulls up and she hands me a subway bag. I'm like "I didn't order subway." and she goes "I guess its a restaurant inside a subway." I'm drunk and didn't wanna argue so I took it inside and it's deadass just subway.
