Crosswoods Restaurant & Sports Club — Restaurant in Clarksville

Possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. Waited 25 minutes just for drinks, when the waitress bought them she basically slammed them down and left not another word. Ten more minutes go by and the very helpful bar tender comes up to take out order which we were grateful for. Waitress doesn't come back to get our order or make sure someone else did didn't bring us our food and didn't bother to check for the first refill until after food was delivered which was almost an hour into our visit. At this point my friend politely suggest that she's not provideing good service. So storms off obviously upset and comes back with two beers (we didn't order) slams them down on the table very loudly and storms off again. We don't see her again for another 25 minutes this is an hour and a half in the visit. I had to call the restaurant from my table to get my check and a to go box, then this waitress had the nerve to say "what do you need a box for" because the plates were mostly empty. Waitress should be fired management should be ashamed my steak was excellent but that's nowhere near enough to make me come back I'd give negative stars if I chould and I'll be sure to tell...

Crosswoods restaurant, bar , and funhouse 🤩 This place really has it going on for the family or the large group function. I must comment from the git go that the service on a Saturday night was par excellence. They were staffed with many waitresses and they all functioned like a well trained group . The menu was varied from burgers , chicken, chops, to the steaks 🥩. You will also notice the large amount of sides to choose from. I may offer that you could have a nice vegetable platter here. I chose the ribeye steak with fried cabbage and dining companion had chops with loaded mashed potatoes. You will see from my pics that the kitchen staff believes in big portions so you’ll want to to bring a big appetite. I also had several rounds of martinis and they were just ok, I would say that the bar area needs more training on the consistency of a good likker drink. For the kiddies they have three pool tables and several game machines. They offer a patio area for large groups and a band area for concerts All in all this place is worth a shot because in Clarksville the next best food would be clean up in Altus ,Ar Please see my pics...

Ordered a burger with mayo as the replacement for mustard cooked medium rare as did my sister. Burger was well done which didn’t upset me too much if I’m being honest, the real issues were the wait time we waiting for 2 hours and 10 minutes we watched tables get clear then full over and over I have a bad back and standing there watching people take tables was pretty upsetting but not the worst issue I was just glad to be seated. I ordered a sweet tea and unlike every other sweet tea I have ever had there was too much sugar it literally coated my teeth but even that was not the worst because half way through my burger I began feeling cramps in my stomach I couldn’t stop burping. I’m not going to go into a lot of detail but we god food poisoning, out orders were very different the only things that were the same was the pickles, meat, bread, and mayonnaise. It was most likely the mayonnaise I have been sick for the past 8 days and being sick on Christmas sucks I wasn’t able to spend time...
