Hardee’s — Restaurant in Clarksville

First, a safety concern: you guys are cash only right now. While we were standing in line, the cashier kept making change in a bank bag right on the counter. Big bag of money, and not discreet about it at all. Would be very easy to rob if someone had the inclination.

Your food was hot, fresh and great. Also, thank you for trusting me to get my own refills. We got our food quickly and have no complaints about quality. The drink machine was out of syrup for 2 different types of soda (both diet) and coffee was empty, but the staff was very friendly and quick to get them rectified. The restrooms were clean. The lobby needed a little more cleaning; there were A LOT of dead flies scattered around, we looked at 3 different tables before finding one that didn't have at least 10 dead flies on the table or booth seats. You could tell they hadn't been cleaned for a while, since they were sticky/tacky. But, we will...

Stopped in while traveling 9:30am. Ordered a frisco, hash rounds and coke. Waited and waited acouple people after me got there food, father and son who ordered at the same time as me were finished eating!!! I said to the gentleman who had taken my order "can I just get my money back so I can get going". He just looked at me the lady behind the counter got the manager a minute later. The manager talked to the gentleman and then looked over at the warmer section and said "your food is right here don't you want your food"? There was not even an acknowlegment that I had a right to be asking for my money back. I was so frustrated I left before I said something I did not need to say!! I left without my food or my money. I might suggest the franchisee spend some time in their store and see what a disaster it is. If you see fit to refund my $10 and change I will be happy to...

UPDATE: This is a Wednesday evening. I attend church very near Hardee's. I think their hand-dipped Chocolate Shakes are great. I don't get one if they are busy because hand-dipped means they make the whole thing by hand from scratch. No pouring some ingredients into a machine and then pulling. Out comes a soft shake. Have real icecream from a refrigerator. The server uses a scoop, puts the vanilla cream in the silver aluminum cup, add several squirts of chocolate (or you flavor) adds milk to the correct level then... matches the cup and blender up. Then whirl. In a minute or so, it stops. The servers pours it into your cup. Now for the real whipped cream. A ewL milkshjae.
