This place is amazing!!! Customer service is 10 stars!!! I pray for an abundance of blessings for this business and family. I went on a search for some soup for my mother last summer and I stopped in and asked for the beef soup. It wasn’t available bc one it was summer time and it was by request only. The lady not only took time out and made this soup for my mother (with extra love) but also puréed it for her so she could consume it bc at the time she couldn’t swallow or each whole food (liquid diet) . When I went to pick it up - she was such a blessing that she wouldn’t accept my money - I was so appreciative. She even took my mothers number and called her to let her know exactly what was in the soup ingredients and wish her well ❤️❤️ but it gets better ….. this past summer my mother had a procedure and again was restricted to a liquid diet. I went to the only place that I could think of for this soup nourishment my mother requested - without hesitation she obliged my request. She wasn’t working when I returned but I made sure when I paid I left her a nice tip and wished her family well. Me and my children (family of 8) have gone back here on several occasions within the last 2 years and EVERYTIME she just does not miss. I wish I could give her establishment 20 stars bc it’s really hard to just find GENUINE customer service and it’s so appreciated. Thank you thank...

Was extremely hopeful for this restaurant, however after placing an order for delivery I was sadly disappointed. Take note that if you’re ordering online, your selections apparently aren’t seen on the restaurants end. I ordered pork mofongo and plain mofongo, instead I received some sort of random pork meal and a side of sweet plantains. Upon calling the restaurant, I was told to specify under special instructions for future reference. I’m not sure how anyone is supposed to know that, especially when you’re able to make your selections when ordering through GrubHub. If the restaurant is aware of that issue or unsure of an order, I’d suggest they at least call the customer to confirm the order or fix it on their end. I can’t rate much on the food, since I am now inconvenienced and currently on the way to pick up the missing items. A waste of money spent on food...

Decided to try this restaurant today with a coworker since I am not usually in the area and I always like to try new restaurants when I can. Let me just say- this place exceeded all expectations. The review photos look so good but the taste is even better. Chicken literally melts in your mouth and the yellow rice and cabbage were delicious and flavorful and the perfect complement to the chicken. The owner (I’m assuming to be the owner as she said it was her Mac and cheese recipe) was so sweet and gave me a sample of the Mac and cheese to try! The Mac and cheese was very good as well, had a very unique taste and I already know I will be craving this place when I am back in Cary and will be happy to make the drive for such good food.
