Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Clayton

This was 1st time ingot delivery from thos location I believe. This is a newer location I guess it's closer that the one on 42. So not so great. 1st ordered 4 2 liter deal. I ordered specifically a pepsi max because that's what I can drink. They sent me a regular pepsi. Then the pizza crust was burnt. Also 3 of the pizzas were barley cut and also missed cuts. I had to use my pizza cutter to finnish and add the missing cuts. I ordered the NY style crust. It wasn't what I thought it was going to be. It reminded me of the thin crust pizza but not as thin. That's not thier fault. I order some wings and they were not so good. The breading was soft like they been sitting. Not sure when this location opened, maybe they are working out kinks. Hope they...

This location has excellent customer service, and the crew working on a Friday evening were churning food off the line with a smile. The young woman at the cash register was extremely nice, and the crew making food were hammering out orders on a busy Friday night. The greatest part was hearing the manager giving words of encouragement to the crew.

The pizza flavor was ok but the crust was a little under done and it took over an hour to prepare. Apparently this restaurant doesn’t deliver. They used DoorDash to make the delivery but that isn’t shown in their website when you make the order. Kinda felt sorry for the DoorDash driver since they spent 45 minutes waiting in the restaurant for the order to be ready. All-in-all in took almost two hours for me to get my order.
