HAMBURGER / (PASTRAMI ) / PORK BUTT / GRILLED ONION / LETTUCE... ONE OF THE BEST BURGER'S WE HAVE EVER EATEN...LOOKING FORWARD TO THE PORTABELLO MUSHROOM BURGER NOW...FRIES WERE CUT FRESH AND WERE EXCELLENT...TRIVIA: WE ARE TALKING ABOUT ORDERING HIS PARTY PLATTER / FEEDS 8...1-LB. PULLED PORK / 6- CHICKEN THIGHS / 1-LB. TRI-TIP / 1-RACK OF RIBS / ...6-OZ. MILD BBQ SAUCE & 6- OZ. HOT BBQ SAUCE...APPARENTLY EXTRA FOR HIS 6 SIDES...TRIVIA:THE FIRST TIME / THE PORK RIBS WERE WELL SMOKED / TENDER / MOIST / AND WERE REALLY GOOD...THE NEXT TIME / HARDLY ANY SMOKE FLAVOR / & DRY...THEN I TRIED THE PULLED PORK SANDWICH / THE NEXT TIME /...TRIVIA: TO OBTAIN A REAL GOOD SMOKE FLAVOR... / WITH A PORK BUTT / YOU HAVE TO SMOKE IT / AT LEAST 10 TO 12 HOURS... BABY BACK RIBS / AT LEAST 5 TO 6 HOURS OF SMOKE TIME...MORE TRIVIA: SO FAR MY BEST SMOKE HOUSE RESTAURANT IS / FAMOUS DAVE'S... / OR EVEN BETTER / DO IT YOURSELF... / TRIVIA: IN-DIRECT BBQ IS THE WAY TO COOK & SMOKE / OR HAVE A GOOD SMOKER...THEN FINISH IT...

Disappointing. Been here several time over the last couple years and only the first visit has stood out for us as the "great" BBQ that this place is supposedly known for.

Unfortunately, every time since, it's gotten progressively worse and today they failed to even make a decent plate of ribs which no BBQ place should ever have trouble with. They were tough. Like, beef-jerkey tough. The sauce was very watery. It was like BBQ au jus. The burger was bland out-dated.

Generally, when you go to a hole-in-the wall food shack on the side of a busy, loud highway in the heat of the summer it's because the food quality is well worth the long wait in miserable conditions. Unfortunately, it is no longer the case here.

I'm done giving this place extra chances. I tried so hard to love this place like people used to but perhaps by my continued patronage I was just enabling poor habits. I will probably give it another shot but that day's a long...

There aren't enough stars to articulate this properly, lol. Fir real though from the time you pull into the tiny little parking lot to the time affluent in the tiny little BBQ spot this place absolutely kicks some you know what!!!! Food EXCELLENT!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE A+ THE lady's were so nice, super informative worn the menu items and even had some great suggestions to not leave without trying. Homemade EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! THAT'S FACTS people, got came go wrong here if your in the mood for some great BBQ you won't be disappointed. Also the owner Danny A+ on his BBQ place and he's just a super friendly personable good guy, actually took the extra second as the wife and leaving to shake my hand and thank us have us a GOD Bless and just was super Hospital. Very much appreciated these days!!! Thank you Danny and The lady's working that day, yall kick Ass. Keep up the great work and GOD...
