McDonald's — Restaurant in Clearlake

I like McDonald's in lower lake county up at clear lake because it's convenient short drive from where I'm staying and they got pretty girls that work there and they're all very nice and they are very hopeful and they can't are very helpful and they can help you just ask him a question and they'll probably have an answer for you there's Walmart right not even 150 yards away from McDonald's they say it's a superstore but between me and you it's not a superstore a superstore has many restaurants in it it also has a like a mall a mall stores and Walmart in it and it also has a Brooks & Noble and a Starbucks now that's a superstore but this they call that Walmart in lower lake a superstore well no they need to get their eyes and their ears checked out because that is not a superstore yes it sells groceries yes it has a place to get something to eat but it's very small and it's not a superstore if Sam Sam Walton would would you see what his kids are doing now when they are calling these places superstores and they're not the Sam Walton was still alive he'd change everything and make it a super store that means that whole parking lot that you park your cars in up on that little Hill next to that big five place that sells nothing but hardware wood and stuff like that where do you know anywhere in California where big 5 sells hardware well the one up in lake county does it doesn't sell electronics at all and that's what I thought big 5 was about but anyway McDonald's is the place you need to go when you're up there it's better than Jack in The box and they got a better variety of food and the food is better quality than any other food fast food joints there I recommend...

This location is terrible. It's amazing they haven't gone out of business like they should. The customer service is sub par. Made a mobile order and for some reason it didn't go through. Showed the illiterate cashier my order on the app as well as my email receipt to just get the dear in the headlights look. No help just a shoulder shrug and said oh well and ignored me until I finally stop the manager Marty who was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. He told the cashier to comp my order from the receipt and still didn't even get the order right so I just went with the happy meal for my grandson. It amazes me to see the employees jumping though hoops for a guy who t washrowing was throwing a fit for his order and that he payed with his EBT card; yet your employees can't treat and help a American Veteran the same fevor and zeal. The employees here have a serious lack of experience and attention to actual customer service just a shrug and oh well sorry...

I work in fast food so I know how to deep fry food and what deep fryer hashbrowns are supposed to feel and taste like and wow I am mad. First of all it’s a 1 hour drive to this McDonald’s from my AIRBNB so having to drive back for missing items and for unexceptional food not okay! The hashbrowns were underdone. I mean seriously they broke when I picked them up underdone. Next, my smoothie wasn’t mixed, there were literally ice cubes in my drink! If I’m paying $6 for a drink you better blend it all the way! Then they added eggs to a sandwich that specifically needed no eggs ( my fiancé is allergic! And they put a freaking egg on his sandwich! When I called no one answered! And I was NOT driving an hour there again for the 3rd time! ) this store is clearly in the toilet and I feel so bad for the people who live here year round!
