I have to rewrite this review for a third time because this restaurant is consistently getting worse.
I begrudgingly went through the drive-thru this evening and ordered one burger with no modifications. ONE burger completely standard. Somehow they forgot the patty. How on earth do you forget the patty in the burger? On top of that, they didn't give me a receipt and won't give me a refund or remake the sandwich so I'm just out $8 (which is too much for a burger anyway).
The drive-thru line takes upwards of 30 minutes most of the time (I have set a timer!) which is ridiculous.
I see none of the staff wearing hairnets or following basic food handler guidelines that you learn when you get your Food Handler certification. Like I said: no gloves, no hairnets, some of the women have long fingernails, you can see them eating and drinking in the prep area which is not allowed. There is more wrong here but I think my point has been made: there is a health hazard.
Not to mention the food tastes awful. I have no idea what methods they are using to prep their food but it isn't what other Jack in the Boxes use. The food consistently comes out cold, soggy, and poor-tasting. Also, I have gotten my order wrong consistently; they mess up massively like replacing a grilled chicken sourdough sandwich with a salad??? How does that happen???
Please do not go here. The other fast food restaurants nearby consistently impress me with their standards, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Read moreI am from out of town, and chose this Jack in the box because it's always been my favorite. They've been known to stand by their business hours and always serve customers even 2 minutes before closing. It's been two or three months since I've been there, but I drove over an hour knowing that they would still be open. It was 7 minutes until they closed, when I went to the drive-thru the immediately turned down my order and said they didn't feel like taking orders for the rest the night and they wanted it off early. Obviously the manager was sick or was not present, because that would never fly. Thank God Carl's Jr is 24 hours across the street. Their shakes were amazing and I made sure to leave a large tip for the food server that was working the drive-thru. As I was leaving Carl's jr, at 3:20 a.m. their flashing open sign was still on!! It was very misleading and I watched several people go through the drive-thru and leave without an order. I recommended them Carl's Jr for being 24 hours and they were relieved!! Totally disappointed. I love that Jack in the box. But this is a huge game changer! We had the smallest easiest order that could have been done in 10...
Read moreWhat a bad few experiences. As others have said, on our most recent trip we waited in line for 36 minutes before we finally got to the window. Ordered shakes and they were out of all flavors but vanilla. Sure, we thought. Whatever. Got to the window and they had forgotten to load the shake mix into the machine and asked us if we wanted to wait, or get a refund. We waited, which was a mistake. It took us 40 minutes to get the shakes, as the machine apparently kept not chilling it right. One of the guys who was working with us (no name tag, so I can't credit him) kept checking in with us to let us know it was still being worked on, which is the only reason we stayed. Finally he walked out and said "My shift is about to end, and I know they're going to forget about you guys in there since they're too busy. So is this consistency alright for you?" at this point being at 70+ minutes, we didn't care and agreed to take it (it was fine, luckily) He apologized profusely and we told him that if it wasn't for him, we would have just left. We thanked him for his work and for caring. That was the only saving grace of...
