Quarry Lodge — Restaurant in Clermont

This is a neat little restaurant. However, it took awhile to get service. We believe it was the owner who finally came and got us menus. The food was pretty good for the price. We each had the 10oz sirloin. My bfs was a little overcooked and mine was a little tough, but we've certainly had lot worse for a lot higher price The issue with our experience and the reason for my review is the off the clock drunk employee who was running around in her wet bikini. She was extremely loud, hanging allover multiple men and proceeded to go in and out of the kitchen and the bar area. We saw her take multiple beers out of the cooler and it didn't appear she had paid for them. She was with a group of friends who were wresting around and being loud. It was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. Her name is Samantha (Sam). To top it off, she was losing her voice so that made her volume that much worse. I recommend the owner fire this individual as having her in there behaving that way is bad for business. Was out visiting my sister and went to Skipaway for breakfast. They had a buffet setup. Went and got my food and found metal shavings in it called the waitress over to my table and she went oh would you like a different plate of food ? I was like no !!! She took the plate back to the kitchen and never came back to the table. I went to checkout and the girl behind the register ask how everything was and I said didn't the waitress tell you that there was metal shavings in my food and she said no and that not good. We were told ahead of time this place was pricey. We decided to try anyway. Don't waste your money. They only had fried food on the new limited menu. Fried chicken, fish, shrimp and wings. We had the 8 piece boneless wings 11.00 and they were nothing more then nuggets. The Bloody Mary's were good the olives not so much. 2 people 2 Bloodys and 8 piece boneless wings 24.00
