👍 This Arby's is attached to a Love's station, offering a more satisfying meal option compared to the limited warm food available at the convenience store. 👍 The staff was friendly and attentive. 👍 The food tastes as expected for a fast food restaurant. 👎 However, and this may not be the fault of the specific store, but the business seems to employ misleading practices regarding some menu items’ descriptions and pricing. Specifically, the chicken sandwich and the value-menu roast beef sandwich. The menu presents them as sandwiches or burger equivalents, with pricing to match, but their size is shockingly small. The chicken “sandwich” was gone in three bites, and the roast beef took only two. See the attached image of the roast beef next to a condiment cup for scale. We went to the drive thru and the young lady that work at the drive thru was discussed with my husband hanging her the money. She told my husband that he need to wear a mask while waiting in our car for our food . She told us that the law . We went to other fast food restaurant and have no problem ordering food without our mask on . So where does it say that the law requires us to wear a mask to order food from our car . We have been here so many time before and never have any problems at this place. I guess she must be new ,but still she shouldn't be rude by slamming the window at us . That maybe giving the food a little more then it deserves, the fries were cold and at the end of life the brisket sandwich 🥪 left a little bit to be desired very little meat it was as hard as shoe leather like beef jerkey never would order it again very disappointed and over priced for the money, I would be embarrassed to serve that to your customers, next time I would have the night staff take a little more pride in making customers happy, I would be a little leary in going thru the drive thru at night when you can't see your food I would definitely eat in, In case there is anything wrong...
