You ought to be ashamed of yourself serving your OWN PEOPLE that nasty garbage food. I don't understand why people from HOOD like your food I guess they dont know what REAL soul food taste like smh lord plz help them 😤 and then ya had the audacity to open up a small restaurant in South Euclid ugh straight nasty. Cuz guess what that ain't no GOOD SOUL food restaurant in Cleveland Ohio! Omar's, Open Pit and Calypso's SURPASS that nasty disgusting restaurant! As a business owner, you should be going up there and seeing what the heck your workers are doing because I know exactly what they doing to your food. I should make a complaint with the Health Food Department because that is trifling! They probably cook all their food Once at night and preheat it and served cold food to all customers during the day 😐 that is so pathetic and sad and you should be knowing what your workers are doing up their! chicken taste like plastic, mushrooms burnt, cheese ain't even like the wiz cheese! fake cheese for that fries cold and these folks from the hood still like this... please you r out of your mind O well I feel bad for them cuz they probably don't even know what real food taste like but I can't even blame you since you got away with this for so long and you still profiting from them but you definitely wont profit from ME ...

I ordered a turkey chop dinner with rice, and green beans and I paid for gravy. Open the box to 4 pieces of turkey bones! Literally, it looks like they cut the chop up and put the bones in the box. Rice and gravy were so salty, I couldn't eat it. The green beans were opened from a can, boiled in water and put in the box. The two plain pieces of bread were hard at the top on both pieces. Now. I will say this was a delivery order and the one time I actually went in, the food was as least edible, if not fully pleasing. I am reading the owner comments. I know of the wife and husband; it does not surprise me that there is no accountable and a thorough lack of professionalism! It's unfortunately, a black business that falls short of quality food with excellent customer service. I pray God humbles them soon but in the meantime, I'll spend my dollars where good service and QUALITY outshine the evil greed of money! Now yall go with God🤞🏽 Edit: Again, no accountability for the terrible food or terrible customer service! These owners don't care whether you like the food or not; they feel they'll still get money from someone who doesn't know any better. I shared this with other people I know and they ALL said the same thing...DEONS SUCKS. Stop selling garbage to people who look like you and CHANGE your attitude...

Food is always good and made fresh! I tried the Honey Lemon Pepper sauce and it was sooo good! Mac and Cheese + Mexican bread were tasty. Will definitely be getting the Mexican Cornbread when I revisit. The only thing that was frustrating is the time. I was told 15 mins on the phone. Got there in 20, still had to sit and wait an additional 10 mins for my order. I completely understand making "fresh food not fast food", however accurate times should be given if the restaurant doesn't want complaints about wait times.

*(Edit 2/6/21) I will not be coming back here. Take the constructive criticism and work on your business instead of just trying to retaliate with a smart reply. Bringing up McDonald's did not even make sense because they don't give you wait times at all! Restaurant owner says changing gloves is the reason food takes so long lol. Yall tell customers a certain time and expect people to not be upset when the food takes 20 mins extra.
