Nikki's Place — Restaurant in Cleveland

Ordered a simple breakfast, only one other person in the restaurant I placed my to go order waited patiently and received my order and left a tip I received the wrong order I understand mistakes happen called the establishment heard someone in the background ask did I eat the order SMDH, no I didn’t was told owner would call me back I’ve called back and no response been waiting for 3 hours so I’ll take the loss and never patronize this establishment again I try to spend my money with minority owned businesses...

The food is amazing and affordable especially the lunch special that are on the board. I ate in made conversation with the owner and staff and enjoyed tv. The cook is consistent on her ingredients (I’ll show everything I had ordered since finding the place. The owner is very kind and the cashier has excellent customer service. I’d refer this place to anyone in the forest city neighborhood or in a 15 minute driving radius. Check out Nikki’s place guys...

Food is tip-top. Gave the atmosphere 4 stars, not out of criticism, but with the knowledge that it has potential and only hope it will have the time to reach that. Order ahead and take your food to the towpath, which is a 5 min drive away, and have a picnic. I will visit them again. I highly...
