We stopped and for a meal before our next flight. The waitress asked what just one of us what you wanted to drink and when she said water she assumed we both wanted water and I had to call her back to actually order a drink. The grilled cheese was amazing! The song lack something to be desired it was simply cabbage in vinegar and it was horrible. My Panini Boy (i.e. double cheeseburger) lot any seasoning (no salt or pepper). My drink ran out and she still never came around. Eventually I flagged her down for a refill.
But by far the HUGEST ANNOYING ISSUE I've EVER had to deal with ever at a restaurant... was the fact that apparently they had their dirty plate bin right behind the bar on the floor, and they were just slinging things in there!!! It was loud as sh*t! It REALLY DISRUPTED the peaceful meal I was trying to enjoy. The door to the kitchen was only like 2 feet away! They really need to put the bin in there so we don't have to hear all of that EXTREMELY LOUD RAWKUS from everything being thrown in the dirty bin!
They're just too much of a hurry to pay attention to...
Read moreWish I could give this place 0 stars. Paninis Corp should absolutely close down this location, it’s an embarrassment to their name. A $15 mimosa served in a dirty glass that the bartender saw me cleaning myself and said nothing. The “manager” (I’m assuming) that was present was loud, disruptive, and disrespectful to everyone around her. Screaming profanity and doing very little to help the slow, struggling bartender on duty. Food was flavorless and untrustworthy. I paid for a sauce I never received because I was given the wrong one, service was too slow, uncaring and inattentive to tell them about it. All of the condiments I touched made me recoil because of how filthy they were. Smudgy, dirty mirrors all around. 35 dollars for one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Like I said, Paninis Corp should be embarrassed to serve...
Read moreWe had a very disappointing experience at Paninis in Concourse A. We ordered two Reubens and a Polish Boy and ended up waiting for over an hour. During that time, we checked in with the staff multiple times. The first two times we were told the food would be ready shortly. On the third check-in, we were told it was just being bagged — only to be told moments later by a different server that our food hadn’t even been started.
For an airport restaurant where time is critical, this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. We left frustrated, hungry, and seriously questioning how this place operates. Would not recommend if you're on any kind of schedule — or if you expect...
