I hate this place doooooo not ever come HERE!!!! Ordered a Oreo milkshake and it didn’t come with any and when we told them they didn’t put Oreos in it they wouldn’t remake it instead they took it inside and brought it back out and said they put Oreos in it outrageous. If I was at Chikfala they would have just gave me a new one. DOOOO NOT COME HERE EVER !!!!!!!!! THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING EVER!!!!! AND WHEN I TRIED TO ASK TO TALK TO THE MANAGER THE WORKER SAID SHE WS BUSY WHAT!!?!!?? Too busy for me!!!! What happened to the customer is always right??!!they wouldn’t make me a new shak how ridiculous I can’t believe it can you!!! If I could give it a negative 10000000 stars but only if !?!!? And on top of alll that there was a group of worker smoking and giggling OUTRAGED!!!!!! The manager never came out WHAT??????!!!!!! They wouldn’t answer me anymore and said they couldnt fix it huhhhhhh!!!! I HATE SONIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not reviewing the food as this is a national chain. What I am reviewing is the service.

After pressing the order button it did take a while for a response. I could understand it if they were busy but there were hardly any cars when I was there.

I have had many items from sonic ( many different locations) but I had not ever tried their breakfast burrito. The menu did not have a description. All it had was a picture. So I asked what the ingredients were. The person taking my order sounded disgusted that I was asking what was in it.

My order, when it came out, was right and I had plenty of napkins. So that was good.

I gave the girl a dollar as a tip. My meal was something like $6. She looked upset that it was not more. I say this because she shook her head from left to right (as in saying no) and shoved the dollar in her pouch and stomped off.

I am not sure why I should have to tip at Sonic as the car hops are not real servers. It is not like they offer to refill my drink as it gets low, they do not come and collect my dishes as consume my food and no longer need them, they do not tell me the special of the day, suggest food, or anything a server would do. They simply walk the food 10 yards and drop it off. Why would that be worth 15-25% or a $5 minimum? When I go to Arby's they bring out my tray to the table, but no one tips at Arby's.

Thank God for this location on Durkee Rd because the one on Stuart Rd. is awful. For example, stopped at the Stuart Rd location first. Pushed button. 5 minutes went by with nothing although button was lit up and wouldn't allow you to push it again. Lady beside us just boredly nodded in understanding as we pulled out. Apparently it wasn't just us. Left here and went to Durkee Rd. location. Not only did the girl respond in less than 20 seconds but she had the decency to ask if we could please hold on just a moment because they really were busy. Then our order came out promptly. My grandson had ordered a cherry slush and we'd asked for extra cherries. Husband looked over order before she walked away and asked her if they were in there. She said she wasn't sure but took time out to go ask. They hadn't but she brought out a child's drink size container of cherries to make up for it. Bravo Sonic. Excellent customer service. Also my Snickers Blast was completely mixed together whereas the other location tends to stop mixing too soon and all the Snickers is at the top and just ice cream...
