Subway — Restaurant in Cleveland

I recently got subs for the family, we waited at least 20 minutes for associate to show up before I asked someone if they were closed. This young male walked out of the double doors being really rude to my family for absolutely no reason. He kept rolling his eyes at us and yelling at us when we were trying to tell him our orders, he would slam objects on the counter and throw them around he was being really rough of how he was handling things, he wasn’t very hygienic he had his hair down on his shoulders and wearing a hat backwards, gladly enough he changed out his gloves. At the end I looked back to ask if anyone wanted anything else as in a cookie/drinks or chips before even saying anything he had already totaled out our meals. I would definitely understand if subway was busy at the time...

I requested extra spinach on the BLT and veggie wraps I was ordering and was told no basted on their policy. I offered to pay extra and was told no. It appears that they are only allowed to put in 6 spinach leaves on a footlong or wrap and that is it. It is truly a shame that someone who is actually attempting to eat healthy foods is running into this treatment from the resturaunts truck stops. It is sad that we, as truck drivers, are a captive market and are being gouged on, or out and out denied the few healthy choices...

Not a big subway fan, but I must say this is probably one of, if not the best Subway I have eaten at. Everything was fresh, and everything in the line looked good too. Nothing was open to be able to allow flies in or on the food . Very fast.. Very clean.location, and the employee was efficient, polite, and a credit to the Subway chain. Would definitely eat here again and recommend...
