Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Clifton

The audacity of these restaurants nowadays!! 1) They were having technical difficulties(not their fault) but the employee came out to take my order without anything to write it down. 2) As a result of action 1 half our order was wrong. 3) After receiving our food we noticed there was no jalapeños on our cheese fries which they gave us chili cheese fries instead so we asked for the jalapeños and then were charged again. 4) Called the Manager out to get our money back for the jalapeños and was given attitude(I should have told her I wanted a full refund)!! 5) After said manager leaves we figure out they gave us a smaller drink than we asked for and they didn't make our burgers a combo like they should have so one of the kids didn't get their fries(just to put the 🍒 on top)!! To pay $40 for everything we had to deal with is ridiculous and y'all should...

The one taking my order was rude, interrupting me repeatedly asking is that all:( then the order was wrong, put ketchup on burger when I asked for mustard, onion ring was partly black burnt, the toast looked like it was wadded up and gave me a medium drink when I ordered large " did charge for medium" . This is my first ever bad review for anyone, and I didn't complain at the restaurant, I didn't think it would help , but this is like the third time in a row I've received Terrible service there. I'll not go back for a while, hopefully when I work up the nerve to return it will be better, I've been a regular customer...

I had previously given this location 5 stars. In the past year, I've had nothing but bad experiences here. Undercooked food, overcooked food, strange sticky substances on my food, you name it. I also found out that, due to the location of the fountain and bagging areas, cross contamination is a very real thing here, and THEY DON'T EVEN CARE. The very last time we took a chance on this Sonic, it was only because of the lack of options. My son and I both ended up with food poisoning. I will be steering clear...
