Jimmy Dee's Restaurant Lounge — Restaurant in Clinton Township

First time @ Jimmie Dee’s today my mom loves coming here she raves about this restaurant all the time so I was hungry and decided to check it out today, walked in and a waitress immediately greeted me with a smile and told us we could sit wherever we wanted. We chose our seat and then another lady who didn’t seem as pleasant and barely said a few words or even cracked a smile handed us some menus, we chose a booth in the corner by the bar and as we sat down I noticed the table and salt and pepper shakers felt sticky and there was a gum package in the seat we picked up upon sitting. The booth also seemed like it hadn’t been wiped down properly in a while which made me slightly uncomfortable, I loved our waitress she was so sweet and I will say the food was good but I do feel it was overpriced for what you get I had a small burger and a cup of sweet potato fries, my mom had the same just regular fries, my little one had just a chicken wrap and I also got another wrap to go, me and my mom had lemon water and my son had a pop each meal was around $14 (they charge you separately for fries) and a cup of coleslaw was about $4. Also, don’t expect the bill to include items you paid for it’s just a receipt telling you the amount you owe so a little more transparency with the bill would have been nice, I have no complaints about the food only the price and quantity, I spent about $70 including a tip of $10. I would come back if it was a little cleaner and the prices were more sufficient for the amount of food we got...

Best corner beef around this area! I had to be honest tho that the coleslaw had changed and not for the better. It's still good but it used to be great! The pickle had the consistency of a smelt left out in the sun. Very mushy and had the rigidity of an overcooked spaghetti noodle. And of course the menu prices are quite a bit higher from pre scamdemic days but thats everywhere so I expected that. Loss of star on atmosphere is due to, I was there at 6:30pm and I highly doubt the bathroom had been picked up all day. Overflowing trashcan, a lot of water on the counter and floor around the sinks, tp here and there throughout, and pee all around the urinals on the floor since they serve alcohol and disgusting, manner-lacking adult men dont care that someone else has to navigate around their urine as they rock to and fro, back and forth peeing on the wall, floor and their own pants but seemingly can't hit a 4ft by 2ft bright white target in front of them! Do this isn't caused by the staff but definitely its ignored by the staff. Restaurants with filthy bathrooms shows me that either they dont wash their hands or they just dont care. Either way, they really should address...

Food was really good! Service was poor-she took our drink order(only one cocktail for 3 of us)-didn’t bring the iced tea or water or check to see if we were ready to order while we were waiting for our drinks. I was actually watching her standing and talking to another server, as we were waiting to order. Our beverages finally came ,delivered by a different server. We were actually there probably almost 20 minutes before we got to order our dinner. Our food was dropped off by a different server, and we were not checked on until we were more than halfway done with our food. Boxes were brought and put on the table, no dirty dishes were cleared. We are not asked if we would like dessert, or another cocktail or anything. The check was put on our table, the server ran the credit card dropped it back off, and that was the last we saw of her. she also kept touching her hair, I work at a restaurant and that’s gross, the restaurant also doesn’t seem that clean. for the first time in a very long time, I left less than a 20% tip, because the service was...
