Went through the drive through and order two of the three piece chicken dinner and got home to come to find out that both dinners only had two pieces of chicken in each box and neathier box’s came with utensils for the dirty rice or the Mac N cheese the customer service for this Bojangles needs improvement because this is not what I was expecting when I order I’m very disappointed… also my rice is very watery chicken isn’t fully cooked like I’m very disappointed this can make someone very sick… and then proceed to tell me I have to come back the following day witch will be on a Sunday on 11/19/23 and my chicken is not completely done by the time I go back I’m want to get my money back or something I literally spent my money on this for nothing because this is unacceptable and it can not be eaten so that’s two whole dinners that I’ve bought and paid for and everything was under cooked like I can’t explain how aweful this is the customer service on night shift needs to get it together like I don’t understand as many years as I’ve worked in customer service and restaurant service I would have never served anything like this I would have asked my customer to come back to the store that night and made it right but with me having to wait until tomorrow morning don’t know if I’ll get my money back or any more food like after this is solved I will not be back to this current location how would have felt if they would have gotten under cooked food they would be a bit...
Read moreIt's your average fast food you would think. Never rates really high. The heavyset black dude at the register act like you didn't even know what I was talking about. When I ordered a three-piece I ordered coleslaw which is the number one ordered item as a side and was told they were out. So then I ordered green beans and potato ones. So I get my food in the little box and no silverware too late. I'm already gone. I got to eat it with my fingers or try and eat it out of the container. Making a mess. No napkins offered. The whole place was a wreck and they're closing at like 8: 30 or 9:00 somewhere about that time in this location. The chicken was very small with lots of breading. The chicken was overcooked and somewhat dry. It definitely was not a fresh day or good experience at Bojangles today. I used to work at Bojangles when I was in my early twenties. That was nearly 20 years or more ago. The standards and the management was constantly on us to provide good service, quality, food and cleanliness. What the heck happened this place was very shodily ran. Even for fast food. I hope this location does better and corporate will insist on it and if it's privately owned it still has to meet standards by the corporation to keep their franchise. Read moreWorst Bojangles visit ever. After placing my order, it took 20 minutes to get my food. The restaurant had 4 other tables with people waiting a l9ng time for dood. The six people behind me got their food rather quickly. It was just a 4 piece tender with dirty rice. The quality was horrible. The rice was not cooked completely and was watery. It was not edible. ( see picture ) There were out of large cups. So, if you wanted a large drink, they would give you multiple cups.
I reached out to leadership and requested a call. They sent an email saying thanks for telling us, We will talk to the staff. I at least expected a phone call after getting food I could not eat. I didn't say anything at the restaurant because I didn't have the time to wait again.
This was my regular stop on the way to Greenville. NEVER AGAIN, will I stop there.
