McDonald's — Restaurant in Clinton

The Clinton McDonald's has the absolute WORST customer service of any fast food restaurants anywhere. Zero Customer skills! If you try to order at the counter, the workers and shift managers will not even make eye contact with you. I've stood there for 10 minutes, with not even a simple, "I'll be right with you", until I've finally spoke up, "CAN SOMEONE WAIT ON ME!" Never a "I'm sorry for your wait", or anything. If the owner(s) ever actually read this, there needs to be some customer service training for these employees. If the only thing that matters to you is the drive through and you can't do both, then put a sign on the front door saying "Sorry, we are no longer open inside!" And if all of that isn't bad enough, the inside of the restaurant is filthy! They NEVER clean any of the table tops, trash is overflowing, the self serve drink counter is a complete mess with spilled soda on it. Flies and gnats in the winter time speak volumes. And if you do use the Kiosk to place your order, they NEVER replace the paper in it, so you never even get a receipt! The Management needs to do way...

Went in today, it's been a while since I've been in this specific McDonalds. It used to have fantastic service, instantly greeted. But today, I walked into two cashiers, standing at the registers. Completely ignoring me as I stood there waiting to order. Finally get my food ordered and the cashier that had taken my order had an expression that made me feel like taking my order was a burden. Received my food, ordered my usual number one (Big mac meal) Sit down, take my food out of its container. Just to have it fall apart instantaneously. Side note, a majority of the burger was just lettuce. Yeah, its good for you, but if I wanted Lettuce Burger, I would've asked. Couldn't even taste anything else. I was severely disappointed today, I didnt even finish my meal. Half eaten sandwich and barely touched my fries. Hate to give a bad review, Ive never even submitted one before. Ok im not going to be nice. Your big Mac looked like a big mess. If i find out the pickle that smelled like its been in your butt crack really was I will be pressing charges for one. The lettuce was brown and made me puke. I think the hamburgers could have been ground up and used for a charcoal mask. I am pretty sure 90% of the sauce was on the outside of the bun. The cheese was 10% on the sandwich and 90% on the box and top of the bun. You could rub the fries together and start a fire. Your job is very easy. They have dumbed this down so much you get pictures and a really big screen to read orders off of. This company was built to provide fast food and quality sandwiches at a reasonable price. Thanks for killing my love for a good big Mac. Also put your phone back on the hook so i can call you and say this to you. You suck at the one job you had fryer guy and sandwich maker. Manager you need to fire yourself and those 2 horrible employees. Rant...
