McDonald's — Restaurant in Clinton

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald's app. After I checked in at the drive thru, it took 25 minutes to receive my food. Granted, it was somewhat of a large order, but nothing in the menu takes that long to make and there were no other customers waiting.

Upon receiving my food, I discovered that 3 of the 4 double cheeseburgers were made incorrectly. Two of those were from someone else's order! They had the customization sticker on them with a completely different order number. The daily double I ordered had leaf lettuce instead of shredded which isn't that big of a deal except it was a slimy shriveled leaf with black on the edges.

The only reason this isn't 1 star is that the fries and nuggets were fresh. I've worked at McDonald's twice in my life and it's not that hard to read the screen and make the order the right way. If you're out of something, tell the customer and offer options for alternatives. Don't just assume they won't notice. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. Underage kids vaping in the restaurant. You cannot vape or Smoke in Any McDonald's locations. Girls slap fighting rite behind my husband who just had major surgery 2 weeks prior and had staples in his stomach. Soiled dirty towels all over the restaurant. Manager and employees very rude and unprofessional. Soda Station absolutely disgusting. Store Manager (Natasha) was rude. The employee who answered the phone was unprofessional. I get that kids work there but, they need to not be answering the business phone. An over abundance of flies all over restaurant. Employees working with long hair that is not tied back or secure and No Gloves. God only knows what back of the restaurant looks like. Bathrooms were disgusting too. Will not be back. If you want a better experience just go to Oak Ridge McDonald's. This Clinton McDonald's needs a entire revamp of employees working Evening Shift and Better Managers who stand by McDonald's...

The staff is so rude, and the food is never what you'd expect, I usually eat there everyday but here lately the food is either burnt or there's so much salt on the burgers that it'll give you lock jaw, I've called to talk to them about this and they get smart with me, the main office says that the cooks was not trained correctly, but they never address the problem, I was spending over $100 every week there until I got tired of taking the food back to get it remade, I will never eat there again even if I have to drive to Knoxville to eat at McDonald's, now that's the place to go if you have a craving for McDonald's, this is a Fact, they need to train the cooks in Clinton, the food isn't fit for a dog, so someone needs to remind them that they're feeding Humans, I've tried to call and tell them but they get an attitude every time, I wouldn't recommend feeding any kind of animal there, not to mention a human!
