My fiancĂ© and I decided to go to our local BK after getting off work late at night. We decided to go to BK because we knew they would be open late and we enjoy their burgers. We went through Drive-Thru around 11:40-11:45pm, knowing they closed at 12:00 am. However, we did not appreciate the experience and service we received. I politely told the staff my fiancĂ© and I were trying to decide on our order. While my fiancĂ© was deciding what she wanted, we were asked several times if we were ready. Mind you, we had only been at the widow for a moment. I began ordering our food and after everything I said, the employee behind the speaker would say, âWhat elseâ in a very aggressive and impatient manner. We attempted to order the Cheesy Tots, but we were informed they did not serve them. This was not a problem, but when we looked for an alternative, the employee continued to be rude and aggressive. I placed the order for my fiancĂ© and the employee continued to be snappy and impatient throughout the process. She instructed me to pull to the widow to get my order total. As I went to pay, she very hurriedly told me to pull forward and they would bring me my food. As I was pulling up, I could hear the female employee yell to the other employees, âThatâs the last order for tonight!â This was at 11:50 pm. She was so loud, I could hear her as she shut the DT widow, as I pulled away with my own window up. The food was hot when we received it, which we appreciated, and the gentlemen who brought it to us was kind.
The aggression, attitude, and impatience we received from this BK location left us severely disappointed. My fiancé and I chose this location after a very long day and did not appreciate the service we received. We will not be returning to this particular location and we are appalled by the unwarranted disrespect we received by at least one member...
   Read moreThe worst. Every single time I come here. Me & my dad waited 47 minutes on 2 whopper juniors & a 10 piece chicken nugget. My 2 year old busted his mouth open because their baby seats weren't sturdy. Please watch carefully if you set your baby in those seats. One lady was rude because I asked for some water & said I had to pay 70 cents for a cup of water. I had to wait 27 minutes on 2 chicken sandwiches just last week. They stand & stare at you like your an inconvenience to them. Almost all of them look like they hate the world. Every single time I go there they are always hateful. Just tonight I watched them have 4 other cars including me pull up because they had no food ready while 3 employees & the manager just stood there talking & goofing off. There's more I could add but I don't feel like typing it all out right now. This Burger King needs to get all NEW employees & managers. Also I'd like to add my dad stopped here yesterday & they were so rude to him. AGAIN. I'm so tired of going to their store (its the closest fast food near me) & getting treated bad.

   Read moreLove the chargrilled flavor of the whopper. However, this visit to the Clinton location was like watching a case study of poor management and inefficient processes. I arrived around 5:30, close to the dinner rush I guess and went inside versus using the drive through. I did this to make sure my order was properly filled, even though it was a simple burger, fry and drink order. It took almost 25 minutes to fill my order. Because of the wait I got to witness customers walking out without placing an order because no one greeted them at the order counter. Also whatched two ladies bickering about filling orders at the order assembly station, very poor team work and coordination. The person who ordered just ahead of me and was waiting near me at the pickup counter said he eats there at least once each week and the store is progressively failing. Emotions between coworkers were becoming elevated, displayed visually to all customers inside the store.
