Subway — Restaurant in Clinton

If I could give 0 stars I would. Traveling for an emergency and decided to stop and get a sub. The whole family loves Subway. Not so much this time. We bought 7 subs and got in the car to finish our trip. Had no time to go back. All of the bread was hard like a brick. They had to know. We could not even eat them. Threw them away. I called back 2 days in a row to see about getting compensated. They said we could come back. We live 200 miles away.very rude. They did not care. Do not go to this subway. The gentleman working this evening (around 10PM 10/18) was awesome! He came to the counter with a warm greeting and got right to work. No confusion when my husband asked for mayo on one half and mustard on the other, oddly a confusing task for most people. He put the perfect amount of spinach and onions on the sammy as well. My steak and cheese was perfect as well! This fella got busy while making out food and seemed to handle that real well, keeping the food coming for everyone. Give that man a raise! Most unhappy and rude person I've ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant & this is coming from a person who worked the exact same place and position 5 years ago.
