Subway — Restaurant in Clinton

On November 29th, 2024 I made an order at this location online on accident when I meant to make it at another location while I was out of town. As soon as I made the purchase i realized it was the wrong place. So I called immediately (before they even started making the food) and instead of canceling the order and refunding me they sent it through the system as fulfilled. Since then I have been in a constant battle over a measly $25.35. I have called repeatedly and I have stopped in multiple times. I even had a conversation with Harsh Nakum from app support. Ordered on the app and neither of the 2 separate orders were right. One was Ham and Turkey, with extra cheese didn’t get the ham or the extra cheese, my sandwich was Turkey, extra cheese extra mayo, didn’t get the extra cheese or the extra mayo. I want my money back, i PAID for extra cheese for a reason and didn’t get it!! !
