UPDATE: It would appear my initial review actually managed to incite a measurable response from the business. Namely, the limitations regarding one's ability to place an order has been adequately addressed via means of website implementation. It's not the fanciest one I've seen, but it is functional, which is all that matters. Now that I've had the chance to give the food a try (as of February 2024, a bit more than a month later) after being enabled to order it directly via the advertised website, I can confidently state the food is indeed very good. More importantly, though, the business stepped up, showed up initiative, and eventually did what was right, which I can only wholeheartedly commend them for.
Recommendations: Lo Mein Orange Chicken
INITIAL REVIEW (January 2024): I've been trying to order from here for two days straight now, called about six times or so, and even texted once (just in case they use a cell phone), but no one ever responds.
Moreover, they do not have a web presence aside from this Google listing, making it incredibly difficult to look up their menu, as well as to place an order. This wouldn't be a problem if they actually answered the phone, so I'm hoping they'll do so eventually.
One (or possibly several) of three things has to be the case here: The listed phone number is wrong. The hours are incorrect, seeing as I can't reach anyone between 5 and 6:30 PM. They need more employees to handle incoming orders.
Will update this review once I've had a chance to actually try this place. Alas, thus far, I've had to jump through hoops to no avail. I shouldn't have to drive over there and hope that someone's there, sit down for a half hour, and then drive the...

I HAVE A VIDEO OF OUR ENTIRE CONVERSATION WHEN I WENT TO YOUR RESTAURANT TO CONFRONT YOU. DON'T CHANGE YOUR STORY NOW BECAUSE I WILL PUT IT OUT INTO THE WORLD AND MAKE IT VIRUAL!!!!! YOU'RE SO WORRIED ABOUT YOUR FOOD BUT NOT ON SOMEONE'S WELL BEING FROM AN ACCIDENT.
This place use to be good. My family was recently treated very poorly by the manager/owner lady. My family placed an order last week. On the way to pick it up, family member got into a car accident. Had another member call to cancel the order due to the car accident. Lady who answered, which I'm assuming is the owner/manager was rude to the member calling to order. After even explaining the circumstances she was still rude. The lady then turns around and calls family member who placed the order to tell them "your order ready you come get." Family member stated "I am sorry I have to cancel it as I was in a car accident and in an ambulance on the way to the hospital." Lady didn't like that and again repeated about coming to pick up food. Family member again stated she couldn't. Lady then said to family member "you don't come here and never order again." Please tell me who treats their customers this way????? I WILL NEVER BE...
Read moreI'm not a person who likes very spicy foods. Now that being said, I will occasionally accompany my wife to places that serve "spicy food." So, while she was dining on something rather too spicy for my taste; I enjoyed a meal of Sweet and Sour Chicken, which was good - as well as the service, too! Now, the only reason that I didn't give this restaurant a perfect score, is that I don't believe that the owners or managers are serving their customers well when they offer Sweet and Sour Pork (as well as the Sweet and Sour Chicken) for take out meals, but do Not offer the Sweet and Sour Pork as a meal served inside the restaurant! I guess if my wants Chinese food; we are going have to go to Appleton or Green Bay to get...
