Horrible pharmacy. They have been short on staff and instead of transferring prescriptions they just sit on them for weeks then end up canceling them, I reordered again and they just sat on them again and did nothing. Went in to ask and the line was half way through the store. When I was finally able to speak to someone they blamed all my issues on me transferring my prescriptions to Amazon which is a complete lie since I had just transferred them 12 hours prior to finally speaking to someone after waiting 2 weeks already . They were transferred by my doctor since he didn't want me to end up in the hospital waiting on Walgreens. Woman in front of me had to cancel a surgery she had scheduled because they didn't fill her prescription. My mother had to fight with them to fill her prescriptions for diabetes and has always had an issue with them. Don't waste your time with any of their pharmacies if you can go elsewhere-- they're either not staffed, not open when they say the are, or closed without warning or communication that you won't receive your medication. I've been waiting on a prescription for days and there is no indication of whether that location will open back up or not. That particular location's pharmacy was very much open when my prescription was sent there, so there is zero reason for them to not communicate to their customers who have active prescriptions there. And it doesn't matter that I've tried multiple locations-- they're all the same; understaffed, not open when they say they will be, or unable to meet the needs of the customers they serve. I did due diligence and used their automated phone service today to check on my meds status. I was told the first call that it wasn't ready. I called a couple of hours later and this time the automated system said they were ready to be picked up any time after 12:15. It was already a few hours after that. So I took off of work to go pick up my needed meds. Not ready. Here I stand still waiting...
