I'm a local, so I go here pretty regularly and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. I even bring my dog with me every time and they are very helpful and accommodating if you bring your pet with you. They know my name and also my dogs, they know what we like to order. I always get him a pup cup (if you don't know what that is it's just a small cup of whipped cream), which is automatically added to my order as soon as they realize who I am. My order has always been correct and I've never had any issues with the quality of the of my order. So between the great customer service and the personalized experience coupled with never screwing up my order I can't not give them a five-star rating because they've only given me five star service. I received one and it was hot. The other hot may have been made, but there was no label so couldn't tell. I was going to accept the hot drinks and head on my way, but I only had one. After about 25 minutes I asked if my other drink was being prepared and said if not, they were supposed to be iced. They then made them both iced and I left after a 40 minute process. Finally ordered three drinks, but then we waited 20 minutes, when we noticed they had skipped our order, as well as well as orders of other people, who came for mobile pick-ups. The team is friendly but chaotic and incompetent, no one seems to have a lead or a clear defined position. They were not able to comprehend what was going wrong, internally. They finally blamed their computer system but what it looked like was, they still could not do the job.
