Deli Delicious #49 - Fowler & Shepherd — Restaurant in Clovis

There is one manager that’s always there that complains every time I come in. Yes I have a big order and I’m making this clear so you know who I am and pushes me to make it easier for her but makes it a little bit more difficult for me to order with her attitude. I’m trying to make it easy for both of us but always has to have something to say, and today she threw my order on the table and looking very annoyed. I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day, but there’s no reason to have an attitude making my order. I hope my orders are good if it’s not, I’ll let you know, but I’m just trying to get lunch for my crew she’s the only one that always has something to say and has an attitude, but every single person that I’ve ordered in the mornings have always been good to me and understanding and I try to work better for them than this specific person at the same time, all the other deli delicious in town Fresno and Clovis always treat me way better...

Very upsetting experience a half hour ago. Waiting for our order to be made and a small 9 year old boy went to go use the bathroom. Asian woman at front goes to the bathroom area and starts screaming at him to not move the chairs or go in the bathroom that was obviously blocked off. He is young. Looked desperate. She went on and on not letting it go and at the top of her lungs. If you own this location I would immediately get the tapes. He was so scared that he was in the corner still waiting for the bathroom with a locked door. Hiding. I went to him and asked him if he was ok. Did he want me to stay until he came out. He said no. A simple calm explanation to the poor elementary age child would have sufficed over a very public and loud berating. Please pull up the recording and at least train your people on how to treat small children. That was verbally abusive and not ok. I’m not...

Like many of your other reviews Renee who is the Asian girl is extremely rude! I ordered a 4 inch sandwich and there was literally less than a teaspoon of sprouts on it. Not toasted well if at all. I called to ask her to make the sandwich again and my husband was on his way. She was cutting me off before I could get a word out. Quote “ yep I got it and hung up”. I called back to make sure she would not put vinegar on it and she said “ I’m not making you a sandwich just giving you side of sprouts”. Also she had the nerve to say “ we don’t normally put extra sprouts on”. I did not ask for extra I asked for the normal amount. I had a pinch of sprouts. By the time we drive there and back I’m left with a soggy sandwich and a side of sprouts. Not to mention how rude and unprofessional she is. After looking at your reviews obviously this employee...
