Burger King — Restaurant in Coachella

Slow service, they mess up orders a lot, and half of the time they're super nice, other half its mediocre, forgettable customer service. At least the food is usually good or okay.

They got my order wrong twice in a span of 12hrs. 7pm i order a large combo, dude wrote down small, so i asked "did u make it a large?" He looks confused and he goes back to change it. Next morning, 6am got off work, want some breakfast for me and mom, order two croissant sandwiches and some french toast. They took like 20mins while I'm sitting there, car on, waiting. And I'm the only car in the drive thru. I get my order and it's missing one croissant sandwich. Great.

Only reason i go here is cause it's cheap, and decent food super close to my house. But they will mess up your order A LOT. So ask them to repeat your order cause every time they're like "I'll have your total @ window" only for them to charge you and they mess...

At drive through, ordered impossible Whopper, no mayo, no cheese, add mustard. Order taker asked hubs to repeat the order THREE TIMES. We confirmed again at the window, “no mayo, no cheese, with mustard, right?” She said yes, so we paid and drove out. I unwrapped, and hubs saw mayo. He walked back inside to get replacement. Came back to car, I unwrapped and found cheese, no mustard. SO, he very patiently walked back in to get yet another replacement. He checked it at the counter the third time, finally right. Took three separate tries, and way more time than it should have to get the right order. The final version was very good at least. However, the subpar order accuracy makes me leery as to whether it’s even the Impossible Burger in the bun, or dead...

Be careful of this particular Burger King. I was there on Sunday 30th 2024 add around 9 p.m. I had a coupon for $7.99 which includes a Whopper large fry and a large drink. She asked me if I'd like cheese on my Whopper and I said yes. When I got to the window she told me my total was $15. I was like how is my total $15 when I have a coupon for $7.99, what are you charging extra for? She going to tell me it cost $6 to add cheese to my Whopper. So just be careful they trying to scam people over there because six dollars to add some cheese to a single Patty Whopper is ridiculous!! So they are doing something shady over there. Check your receipts and pay attention to the prices they're charging you for stuff. I never heard of such a thing...
